论上，认为可以用奖/罚给让狗形成条件反射，训练他们去做任何事，因为他们认为狗
是能趋利避害的。巴氏理论没有考虑狗的心理行为学——狗本身的drive和energy。一
个比较有名的反驳positive punishment的事例就是：很多狗都喜欢追车，就算被车撞
伤压折腿，按理说，这应该是最高级的positive punishment了吧，比pop leash要厉害
多了，可是很多狗伤好了还是会继续追。反驳pusitive reinforcement的事例也很多，
比如不论给狗多少吃的玩的，也不能把他训练成看到一辆飞奔的车后不兴奋。 |

Well, not exactly. There are 2 ways of "being a leader" right? You can
become a leader using fear/negative reinforcements, or you can become a
leader using reward/positive reinforcements. This is a *MAJOR* distinction.
Plus, I don't necessary think that "listen to my command" to be the same
as "following the leader"... That would be somewhat simplistic - but it
does sound very nice on TV thou. "YOU BE THE PACK LEADER!" :)

And beat him up one more time and go.
This is called reinforcement/punishment.
He'll learn what is desired and not desired acts then.
Letting him eat the bird is a huge reinforcement to continue doing it
because he gets his rewards. |

就像是在2维里面，一个hold另一个策略不变，然后变化自己的；
这样很容易trap到 一个local 高点啊。

scientist不是非Einstein即Mediocre，
你自己也不要要求自己是Einstein, or you are mediocre.
虽然说不想做将军的士兵不是好士兵，不想拿诺贝尔奖的科学家不是好科学家，
但是，过于obsessed在里面反而给前进设置阻障。
换句话说，经常看到有考取一般大学而辍学的人在家消沉十几年的新闻，
其实，如果你笑话这样的故事，那也一定明白这种行为和天天因为没拿到
诺贝尔奖而自责而郁闷的人没啥本质区别。
一个scientist是否成功，其实是有标准的，H-index那篇文章不就说了么，
从博士毕业算起，H-index divided by the number of years如果大于1，
就可以认为是successful；大于2是outstanding；大于3是truly unique。
而且一个人的成功也是靠很多因素，其中机遇也是很重要的，
田中耕一和Chauvin拿诺贝尔奖前默默无闻，你可以说他们mediocre，
但他们做出的贡献却可以是诺贝尔奖级别的。

After that, my phd credits are almost enough. That's why I didn't continue
