I just got interested in it year and half ago. Before that I was a fan of
western opera. I am just an armateur, but I don't mind to perform given the
opportunity. I believe I have good voice but need to learn better technique.
I admire those professional artists. They sing and perform with such beauty and grace! |

哈，竟然真招到好汉两条，一为fado，一为relaxed。
谁说出去旅游一定要提前不半年安排的，谁说劳动节去优胜美地
就一定费钱呢？谁说劳动节就不能爬半球呢？且听我来说说我们
这次半球行...先甩个包袱，我们这次全程的旅行成本就只有汽油
费和门票而已。吃饭实在不能算成本的，因为平常也要吃饭得，
而且还会更贵得，hohohoho
周六上午，临时纠合的队伍要集合，队伍成员东西还不齐整，
relaxed来电话要求推后出发，要冲到big5买东西。好容易队伍
齐整了，大家雄纠纠气昂昂就出发了。嘿嘿，周六中午出发，果然
错过了traffic高峰，一路无话就到了优胜美地，这地方，就是美，
且热。风景嘛，谁还没去过个优胜美地啊，不罗嗦了。
我们这次的计划是扎营的，两套方案，第一套就在valley里边扎营，
有camp4，first come first serve嘛。万一不成，fado同学打印了
好多地图，是 |

第一款是这个 叫 Back Buddy
长像很奇怪的东西 网上REVIEW很高
自个对自个身上某个点按摩很有用 我全身各个点都大约都试了一下 的确有意思 这东
西设计得很到位 效果也不错 可是毕竟是工具 不能和真人手相比
第二款是 iNeed Lumbar Massage Pillow
是BROOKSTONE家的 这家的按摩东西大家都说好 这款东西REVIEW也极高
效果很好 在这个价位上 完全和好几百的按摩椅子有得比 力气挺大的 而且可以靠在背
腰的哪个部位都很 很灵活 不像按摩椅 有死角。
第三款是 The Sharper Image MSG-F110 Deep Kneading Shiatsu Foot Massager
之前我买的时候发过帖子 也有几个朋友跟着买了 不知你们感觉如何，我觉得不错

上周在机场因为航班的问题去登机口找attendant换登机牌，发现是个中年阿米哥，满
面红光，油头葱
鼻（但确实是阿米哥无疑，牌子上还写着西语特别助理）。我把情况跟他讲了以后，他
应了一声，然后
在那边自顾自的整理堆在桌上的一些文件，我等了1分钟以为他没搞清楚我要换登机牌
的意思，就换个方
式又说了一下，结果他突然就大声说了句“give me a minute, you see?"然后指着他
摊开的文件
什么的，一脸不耐烦。我当时就只知道说"relax man"，后来我又等了1分钟，他才把那
些乱七八糟的
东西放到包里，然后在电脑上帮我查好然后打印出登机牌。这是我来美以来第一次遇到
这种恶劣态度的
服务人员。
我想问的是
1：我要是想反击，应该怎么说？因为那句relax man有些半道歉的感觉，而我想表达的
是”我x你妈你

我个人偏爱Bach和Rachmaninov.
EMI曾经出过2CD的一辑The most relaxing classical album in the world...ever!
里面是古典音乐里最动听的旋律，
相信你会喜欢。
然后是Bach for relaxation, Chopin for lelaxation都不错。
马友友(Yo-yo Ma)的巴赫的大提琴非常棒，
相信你在深夜里听到那些吱吱呀呀的低沉的声音会格外漂浮天外。
Itzhak Perlman曾经出过vol(1) and (2)的小提琴最美的旋律，
我个人更喜欢（2）。
手头上还有Essential Bach (36 of his greatest masterpieces),
可能会和前面巴赫的曲目重复，
偶还是很喜欢。
谈到钢琴，
你不能错过Rachmaninov的Piano Concerto No.2和No.3.
电影Shine你可以看看，里面的钢琴简直妙极了，
