这木有什么神的:)经验而已。你这完全是非常典型的疲劳饮食。
补镁可以通过吃绿叶蔬菜。你一整天,只有中午那一点点菠菜是远远不够的。
建议从明天开始, 早上床,做简单的relaxing的活动。比如读relaxing的书,或者自我
按摩,或者冥想
然后10点就关灯睡觉。早上起来,吃一些绿叶蔬菜和热乎乎的早餐,比如芝麻伴菠菜
,或者是菠菜燕麦粥。
如果时间紧张,烫点青菜,煮黑麦粗粮面条,窝鸡蛋。
把草莓蓝莓当snack,也就是午餐之后还不满足,吃点草莓
晚饭正经吃个炒的青菜或者汤;在来个小块牛排什么的。我喜欢asparagus和火腿敦汤
每顿饭之前都要喝水。一整天也要时不时喝水。车里也不要放大包的零食了。

我是应该再恨点了。最近刚吃上两个药,一个muscle relaxing, 一个contraceiption,
食欲爆涨,而且是原来不该想吃的时候,比如运动后,过去一点胃口没有,现在恨不
得满眼大鸡腿绕着,还有一个就是十点钟快睡觉的时候,就是惦记吃,我过去可是从没
有吃夜宵的习惯,减肥以前也不吃夜宵。这个荷尔蒙真的搞懵我了。我尽量意志强大最
后回头一算也就是没比正常吃爆而已,完全没有进一步push自己。锻炼上也是,在时长
上速度上心跳上都没有挑战自己的情况下,第二天就觉得特疲乏,一摊死肉一样,原来
同样运动量第二天完全精神抖擞的。这个muscle relaxing的明天就吃完了,不知道是
不是应该好点。昨天刚买了一堆绿蔬牛肉鸡胸,吃上总量也要进一步cut下来了。现在
魔芋我也不怎么吃了,就是觉得太撑胃,而且平白会多摄入好多盐进去。

You are right.
Though, when start practice boxing, I had the misconception that I want to hit
my opponent down with one hit. So for every hit I hit, I hit very hard. But
now I am slowly learning to relax to be able to see the chance, and at the
same time keep disturbing the opponent with jab, cross, hook, upcut.

万里无云的蓝天上飘着朵朵白云,小鸟在唧唧喳喳地唱着歌儿。
又是一年劳动节到了。今年劳动节去哪里呢?今年劳动节要去
优胜美地,要去爬半球。
秋风吹战鼓擂,在版上吼了几嗓子,谁要劳动节一起去爬半球?
哈,竟然真招到好汉两条,一为fado,一为relaxed。
谁说出去旅游一定要提前不半年安排的,谁说劳动节去优胜美地
就一定费钱呢?谁说劳动节就不能爬半球呢?且听我来说说我们
这次半球行...先甩个包袱,我们这次全程的旅行成本就只有汽油
费和门票而已。吃饭实在不能算成本的,因为平常也要吃饭得,
而且还会更贵得,hohohoho
周六上午,临时纠合的队伍要集合,队伍成员东西还不齐整,

看表不看表 splits checking?
记得开始跑步的时候。经常看表, 如果跑操场,几乎每圈都要看。
不看甚至觉得不舒服。有点不耐烦。
跑trail, 以前也是经常要看。(我自己有几个'milestone')
可以知道自己比平时快还是慢.
慢慢的,我开始限制自己看表。让自己跑的更relax.
少push. (虽然最后1mile都要快一点.hehe)
现在经常跑的trail(out and back), 我只check一次。
就是到折返点,一般这个时候跟自己bet一下跑完下一半
要多少时间.
有一阵。我甚至不带表。发现跑起来也很舒服。
完全没有什么压力。just relax.
listen to your body. not your watch.
NO NEED OF SPEED :)

从tinker的running log想到的。
有些人喜欢log miles on somewhere.其实这个是特好的习惯。
这样不但可以track training .也可以回过头review。这样知道什么时候mileage加多
了。
有一阵子。也一直也周记。
但是不写也很久了。
因为四短一长。总是流水罢了。
当然更多只是懒惰。
冬天好处就是跑起来可以不严肃。更随性。自由一些。
不在乎自己的pace. heart rate.
just relax..relax..
有时候也push一下。如果赶上路面不滑。给略微沉闷的冬天清晨增添一点激情。
但是大多时候。只是听,看。想。talk to myself.
有点enjoy这种不算training的running .hehe.没有压力。just run.

don't worry, you have plenty of time to recover. runners are generally
faster in recovering from cold, there are many stories. back in Sept, i
recovered from a cold in 3 days to run a HM race much better than I had
anticipated (see my blog).
more than the cold, it's the prerace jittery you'll need to manage. many of
us get nervous about every little thing we think may derail us from the race
we have prepared for so long, to the degree that we drive ourselves (and
our family) nuts.

我也觉得跑步的时候注意收腹,可是太注意的话觉得僵硬,不够放松。不是说跑的时候
应该relax吗?而且我觉得太注意收腹影响relaxed 呼吸。我现在正在研究收腹和背部
的alignment的问题。
我很多mile都是在跑步机上,不知道这个是不是原因。

If you can shift your mindset,try to be a better runner instead of a faster
one,you may find easier to run slower and more relaxed. To a newbie,
becoming a better runner will make you faster.
I would suggest a race to record your current fitness level. Then lay back
and focus on run easy, nothing faster than 9:15. It's not going to be easy
in the beginning. Walk if you have to.
If you can truly pull this off, say for six weeks, and master running slow
with relaxed form, you are a better runner.

我除了很忙或者下雨,其余时候都会跑.基本上每次10-miles,但是也要考虑休息因素
,如果连续几天跑,我就会慢一些,距离短一些。
比如上一周,周三Push速度跑了14-mile,周四周五都是Relax速度6-miles,周六再来
一次Push速度14-mile,周日Relax速度10-miles.基本上要看自己体力,如果开始跑就
很累,我会慢一些跑,但是会坚持跑完10-miles。我一般每次跑10-miles,所以中间几
天跑6-miles的时候感觉特别轻松。
加量也要慢慢来,不要受伤是基本原则。你现在已经很好了,中间休息一两次也可以,
没有必要搞得很累。很累的话你会慢慢抵触跑步。我也不想跑得怎么样,版上那些大佬
是有天赋的。
我和你的经历一样,后来我不刻意速度,但是在意距离,每次Push自己跑10-miles,跑
了半年,觉得比半年前上了不止一个台阶。

It was the last day of the trip and we was about to relax. But I cannot
relax anymore when I saw the powder and moguls there. Mary Jane is known for
its mogul ski. And for me, it is truly a great place to learn mogul ski.
The moguls there can be on both steep or gentle runs and anywere between.
The snow is soft and forgiven for better speed control. I had chance to be

freestyle: very relax and reach out real far, must have grabbed lots of
water.
Flipturn: Make me wondering whether you have swum for your high school or
college? Very good tech.
50 butterfly: again,very relax. The dynamic is very impressive.
endurance: tough guy for both 200IM and 500free.
One minor suggestion: track start could have done better. You did it in old
fashion which put two feet at the same line in stead of one front and one

僵硬 is not really a problem, but rather a personal preference.
Since you mentioned TI, I'd like to point out that TI is NOT the
definitive way to swim freestyle. Not every good swimmer swims like
that, i.e. very long smooth strokes, prolonged gliding, etc. I've seen
triathletes swim with a relatively high stroke rate, and it sure
doesn't look like they're very relaxed, but their stamina is so good
they can actually sustain that high stroke rate and make good lap

The rotation drill is all about relaxation, you do not need strength,
stamina or distance, just time. I was doing it daily for 2 month and until
some grandma asking me if I was practicing meditation.
Once you get it, everything else is simple, because they are all natural
extension of the body rotation. And you can always pause in mid air at any
moment, think and watch your move.

I have tried the following and it seems to help me. It could be useful for
some of the ppl here.
The key to a good serve is having a relaxed hand and wrist, just like the
motion used when throwing a ball. Therefore on the serve, the last three
fingers need to be relaxed during contact in order to maximize use of the
hand and wrist. To understand this concept, take a ball in your racquet hand

I would like to toss a little right overhead and pull myself in but still
keep this pronation/snap to hit it up and forward...
From my point of view, your arm joint and shoulder is not relaxed enough and
the wrist is relaxed. Or the chain timing is a little weird. Like your arm
and shoulder is pulling back or hold you back, and only the wrist it do its
work.

平时练习肯定放松不少,就没那么多UE。

oh, all about relaxation, never relaxed my bottom hand's fingers when i play

Sorry to say but I feel what you said is misleading.
For anything there is cause and there is consequence. Federer's apparent
more extended wrist, i.e. "这点关键的小动作", is not the cause but is the
consequence of his extreme body turn. Try turn your body very first and fast
, and keep the wrist relax, you can feel that your racket will naturally lag
behind more, which makes it look like your wrist is more extended.
In another word, Federer did not "use" his wrist, "这点关键的小动作" is a

C'Mon Berdych isn't a bad player. If he is on, the former world #6 can
probably overpower anyone, too bad he is such a headcase.
Last week at open, I was almost bumped by him outside court 11 as he was
entering that court. My friends went to watch Serena Williams, I got a seat
in 1st row to match Berdych win easily.
He was definitely more relaxed than before. I watched him in person every
year in the past 4 -5 years, and this is the first time I saw him smiling.
