如果不舒服,脚下垫个板凳。膝盖最好是90度。
走路不猫腰,挺直了走。
最重要的:挺直了,但是得是放松状态。这在我来说是最难的。我可以挺直,
但是那样就很紧张,很难放松啊。可是医生大喊:RELAX! RELAX

大学以来一直踢球,所以体质不错,耐力和爆发力都有,主要是下肢的,上肢比较
弱,但肩膀比较宽,就是没有肉,跟老美打篮球和踢足球的时候觉得实在是力量太小,
本人172,体重145磅(来美国长了10磅的肥肉),遂开始健身长肌肉。今年元旦以后开
始比较规律的去GYM,间隔1到2天,每周至少三次,锻炼完吃蛋白粉,5磅的一罐三个月

。经过三个多月的锻炼, bench press 95-130(斜上动作不敢做), dumb bell bench
press 单手35-50, treadmill 1mile-3mile 不大喘,还有其他一些器械,都长了10-
20公斤左右,现在体重149磅,脂肪明显下降(可能是跑步,篮球和足球玩得多)。胸

但是应该有什么窍门来实现Relax,Set EVF FIRST时不发力。
理论上仿佛比较清楚:Relax,Set EVF FIRST时不应该发力,因为streamline还没准备
好,手掌手肘此时发力必然不是水平向后的,而是斜向下。如果此时发力会有助于加速
但会更累,而且副作用是破坏streamline,让上身部分向上而不全是向前。
问题是:如何有效地实现放松?很难,以下纯属瞎猜。
1。竹内提到过往前送肘部,(肘部怎么送?用背部肌肉?)
2。relax wrist,(是不是D导说的用手蹼体会手掌向后?!)
3。看竹内的视频是看不出来他刻意送肘的迹象的,但主观上他应该是放松前臂,背部
大肌肉群发力前顶的。
4。另外一个可能是侧身流线型要准备好。

就下场去打.我自己打球的时候,打到兴奋了自己也会叫.
昨天跟别人打game的时候,叫的球都很暴力很准,不叫的球就难说了.其实一直都知道
挥拍时要很relax,越暴力越relax,但许多时候都做不到,一想到是机会了,就整个人都
蹦紧了.还听了一个招,就是在击球的那刻应该是吐气的,以帮助放松身体.平常来回
球还好,但一暴力的时候就忘光了.后来才意识到,在击球的时候叫,可以帮助relax
身体,使自己不用闭着气而身体僵硬,一叫就发泄出来,舒服多了.看来以后要把叫养
成习惯~~ |

Dealing with UE, you need to be mentally calm and learn to pull the
trigger only when you are in position and you don't need to hit the side
line all the time. Remember Agassi? When not in position, be a PUSHER,
defend and wait until you are in better position. Relax and don't force the
issue. I know the RELAX part is hard to do but trust me, the more you are
relaxed, the better you hit.

假如是前者的话,只有一个个牌子的试了。我目前试过的觉得不错的有:Club Monaco
的straight fit,levis的550(虽然是relaxed,但是裤腿有轻微tapered,不显得腿那
么粗)。
假如是后者的话,就不要买relaxed fit了。因为relaxed fit跟其他裤型的同腰围相比

后来,是觉得他们家也暂时也不是特别缺钱,而我自己这一段手头也不宽裕,就决定先
不捐了 -- 我得强调一下,如果不是自己手头不宽裕的话,我多半还是会捐,多少
是对一位坚强的母亲的支持。
为了不显得自己太虚伪,我暴露一下自己的隐私,说说为什么手头不宽裕。我自己挣的
凑合,虽然到不了湾区和纽约的贫困线,不过养活自己跟老婆还是没什么问题的。 不

With due respect to the teacher, 可能是我的防范意识比较不弱,我感到非常局促
与不自在,当他领着我做那种relaxation的时候,就是从头部开始,放松,颈部放松,
胸部放松,这样子一路下去,尤其是在那么狭小的房间里。
根据我以前接触的瑜伽,这种relaxation是可以引导人进入催眠状态的。
所以,我以脚麻为理由打断了这一活动。
可是,如果是一个对这种relaxation不曾了解的人,又恰巧遇到坏人,其实是危险的。
当然,我理智上知道我是多虑的,不过吗,女孩子多点自我防范意识,是可以谅解的。

该很准的,如果可以的话。T1,10s应该足够长了。你说高分子的relaxation time,你
指分子链的松弛还是proton的T1 time?如果你说的是高分子chain的relaxation,它会
导致T1减小。如果你说的是高分子的proton T1 time,一般会小于 10 s (keep in
mind: water proton,T1, a few ms;高分子的粘度会大于water,所以它的1H
relaxation time会小于water)。 |

1、的确是没有很刁钻的case,起码我没有碰到,FA的确够了。
2、确实应该早点开始练习PN和mini case,有些病名和检查到头来忘记怎么写。。。
3、不要看到都是外国考生就怯场。实际上IMG不少,开口一聊,南美和外洲来的也不少
,英语并不见得比我们溜。
4、考试犯了很多错,最好考试中间不要想,要往前看。我想了,感觉难受的要命。好在
午饭时跟旁边的考生聊起来,才能把饭咽下去。
5、时间很紧,不过抓紧的话应该够用,反正我没有超时的,不过体检做的都很粗略,犯
的错误也很多,希望不要影响很大。
6、应该多relax些,自己relax了才好让病人relax,才好互动。不过我只有两三个病人
talk的比较好,都是些特别nice的病人。
7、没碰到tough病人,个别比较冷漠,个别比较nice,多数中性,应该tough病人并不是
考试的重点,让你碰到不让别的考生碰到就有违公平和标准化的原则了,所以我猜练习
的重点还是应该放到经典常见的case上,不要求偏求难。
8、考试时间过得很快,一忽儿就5个case过去了,一忽儿就又4个过去了,然后再做3个
