You agent should not give you back your EMD without the seller signing the

，我这个照片是在国内拍的，照片上的人就是我自己，而且我之前已经洗过好几张婚纱
照了，也都没有人跟我要什么release form啊。结果店员面带微笑的和我说这是法律规

一番讨价还价之后，那个人给了钱，填完title后撕成了两半，他拿走了CERTIFICATE
OF TITLE部分，NOTICE OF TRANSFER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY部分给我，说是让我
自己寄给DMV。
但我家门口走一刻钟就能走到DMV（不是title背后那个），所以想直接走过去当场交给
DMV，感觉这样比较妥当。
所以来这问下各路大神：我可以直接去DMV把NOTICE OF TRANSFER AND RELEASE OF
LIABILITY部分交给他们么？如果可以的话请问应该交给谁？问了下一个师兄，他说直
接投到一个BLACK BOX里面就行，我想问下是这样么？还是直接领号老老实实的排队交
给工作人员？谢谢。

在michigan,之前贷款买车,已经付清,也收到了release letter,但是名字错误,把名字
的第二个字当成middle name了,而且说我的帐号已经close了,不能改名字了.现在要把
车卖给别人,请问这个问题需要修正吗?我看网上类似的问题说需要写一封解释信,但是
也不知道是我写还是financial institution写.还是说没什么问题,拿着title和这个
release letter去就行了.

发帖数: 3279 | 49 一日食鱼，忽发感慨：这么一条 magnificent wild brown trout（就是前几天BSO过照片的那个18 incher)，survived all the odds in the wild, 不知几年才长到这么大，就这样insignificantly 被我吃下肚了，而且说实话大brown trout 也不怎么好吃，真是太不值了，如果活着再过几年不知能长到多大。于是萌生了下次钓到大鱼不如 Catch & Release，反正trout也吃腻了，还省去了回来收拾鱼的麻烦。真正做到“game fishing”。
周日天气甚好，于是与钓友一行两人前去一处新钓点“探险”，穿上wader 轻装上阵，沿河步行2mile, 摆脱大部分 fly fishermen，人少鱼情也越来越好，我一人landing 七条brown，除了送了一条给不太走运的钓友外，其他全部 release，包括一条平了我最好纪录的19inch brown。看着它九死一生从水里游走感觉好极了，回去更是一路轻松，因为不用把鱼背这么远回去了，这也是Catch & Release 的一大好处阿！以后可以hiking 到更远 |
