有些教练第一步干脆就教学生只用3/4 swing来击球。full swing的back swing的顶点
是最容易出问题的地方，很多时候early release是back swing顶部姿势错误衍生出来
的毛病。

chicken wing让翻腕自然发生。

绍过，右手大拇指和食指可以离开GRIP，只用中指和无名指（当然，还有小拇指）来握
杆。

转动和重心左移的结合，如果单纯重心下沉，不转移到左边的话，容易HIT FAT或者潜
意识做各种补偿
第三条的话，只会带来各种麻烦，任何有意而为的调整，或者过于依赖“timing”的动

今天对方保险公司把我和LD叫去，让LD签一个release form（因为LD车祸后去医院检查
过）。说一次性给$790精神损失费，另外会留$4k的资金来cover可能存在的medical
bill。但是以后有别的啥事他们就不负责任了。这个release form有什么trick么？应
该签么？小车祸，就是把后保险杠撞坏了，换了一个，车里的人都没事，LD去医院检查
了医生也说没事。

中国房市是一个彻底被炒房者操控了的市场，其具体实际做法就是囤积居奇，先囤房子
，然后操纵价格，炒高房价，牟取高额垄断利润。 什么是controlled release model?
实际上就是囤货后搞饥饿营销，就是无论有多少新房源，地产商卖多少，投机商就吃多
少货（当然这个部分实际上是地产商和地产投机商相互勾结好的），先将其中大部分房
源如80-90%吃下来，只由少数部分剩下去卖，而这个剩下去卖的部分是价格蓄意被炒高
的，因为80-90%的房源都被囤积，所以房价是很容易被炒家炒高的。
要做到这样一个模式，难点就是囤积房源这一步，而在这一步中银行信贷的作用是关键
性的。因为炒家不可能有这样源源不断的资金来囤房，他们只有靠银行信贷，贷款给他
们来囤积大量房源。

1. MacMall always have promotion after promotion. The end of current
promotion doesn't construct strong evidence for release of new product.
2. Low inventory at MacMall may suggest that the new MBP is in production

Apple today released the third beta of iOS 6, the company's next-generation
mobile operating system set to launch "this fall", presumably alongside new
iPhone hardware in the September-October timeframe.
The third beta, which arrives as Build 10A5355d, comes three weeks after the
previous developer version of Build 10A5338d.
