我的情况是，h1b第4年，第一次transfer，新公司只有3个人，加我一共4个人。新公司
09年成立，总部在香港，12年才开始在美国有正式员工。我的title是export
coordinator。本科和master学位都是国际贸易。
RFE主要有两点：
1，没提供足够证明说明需要某个专业的本科学位
2，not clear how the beneficiary will be relieved from performing non-
qualifying functions because the company only has 3 employees.
要求提供好多文件。我是这个公司第一个招的这个职位的人，所以没有别的例子可以借
鉴。这个公司有一个president和其他两个人，但其余两人职位和我不一样。
请问如果让老板写一封信说明这个职位很特殊需要国际贸易的学位足够吗？我看网上说
要什么expert opinion letter，估计学校的教授也不会理我。。。另外，请问什么叫

发帖数: 463 | 5 本人是个hiking爱好者，最喜欢的就是爬到山顶时大吼一声，来个本山人到此一游,
great stress relive, don't be shy guys, it feels great. 因为不喜欢虫子，所以
几乎不会在夏天去Hiking，当然去Camping就另当别论了，花几个小时生火烤东西还是
很有趣的。
说说冬天Hiking的好处吧-
1.几乎不流汗
2.没多少树叶，可以更容易认路。我的迷路史就不说了。
3.没有虫子
4.没有熊
5.没有蛇
6.没有很多人，你去hiking 本来就是要离开身边的环境，而且停车方便啊
坏处吗，因人而异，大家怕冷，等等。不过你开始走了后，就不冷了。
新泽西的hiking地点几乎都去过了，最喜欢的还是High Point，那个高点太赞了，四面
环山，像cener in the universe. 现在去Hiking,一般都要开两个小时车去纽约了，是
纽约state via NY Thruway。
Hiking 过这么多次，下面是记忆最深刻的。

发帖数: 409 | 12 今天在 Billy Goat 爬山破了自己的纪录，然后想着奔球场赶点儿打球。就一刻也没歇
、没等汗干就直接上路了，并开着空调。开到 I-270 过了一段上觉着不对劲，撑到路
边停了下来，打好紧急灯。还在抽着起劲呢，一辆 pickup 在前面停下来，倒车过来。
车牌上写着 USMC。我心狂喜，得救啦！
他本来一定以为是我的车坏了。我告诉他是我自己抽筋，他就不知道该怎么办了。我就
撑着下车挪到后面地上坐下来，告诉他怎么踩我的脚。好了一些，但还是又僵又疼，一
波一波的。
他就回车去拿了两个大盒子来。先是递给我一管药膏，我一看是 pain reliver，就说
谢了，不用。他还挺坚持，我就擦了些，半信半疑的。
然后他又拿来“红”药水和棉花棒，说是看到我胳膊上的伤了。我说我是想等到有水的
地方先冲冲再说。他说有这个就不用了。
刚到擦完的功夫，腿上已经好了，一点儿也不疼了，凉凉的感觉。真有点儿不相信，起
来试试，都能跳了。我喜出望外，捡起药膏看是什么。在此推荐一下，Icy Hot Cream
。难怪 Shaq 给做广告呢。他还就非让我拿着吧。

dh那么高效有威胁，所以nl的reliver面对的压力恐怕还是要小一些。 |

目前看来,set-up man的角色空缺. 几个第7-8局reliver的人选都不是很好.
几个原来的先发投手Worley,Joe 胖，Kendrick都不是能投1-2-3 inning的，这三个人
都有一个共同特点：有可能一局give up 3 runs,但其后能稳定下来, 但你永远也不知
道那一局在什么时候出现。
Lidge只剩下slider了，很难strike out 击球手。 Bastardo不稳定，Stutes更难以胜
任。 也就是Madson一人能挑重担。
我想老查理一定非常想念Contreras. |

出来他的手臂已经开始疲劳。季后赛其实他上过场，对海盗的第二场作为reliver，刚
上来就送给对方一个HR。后来就被非官方地shut down了。
如果Shelby Miller和Edward Mujica不能用，为啥还带到这个系列来。牛棚空占了两个
球员位置，候补扑手又不能上场，白让给对手三个棋子。 |

手机跑步，就用了悦跑圈支持的最便宜的gps手表宜准(人民币599)。我没有用过其它
gps手表，无法比较，就这两款产品而言：
1、找星速度宜准很慢，不过我觉得这不是问题，穿衣穿鞋准备跑步之前就开始搜索，
出门的时候基本就找到了。Polar基本上10秒左右。
2、宜准没啥附加功能，好处基本就是可以上传悦跑圈。Polar我喜欢的地方就多了：
a.先说独一无二的(就我的有限知识而言)，Polar的每个跑步记录都可以有酷炫的视频

/77206048。还记得第一次播放我自己的记录时那心潮澎湃的场景，所以也特别适合新
手得瑟。
以下功能估计其它gps手表都有。
b.可以输出记录，在excel里查看，或者输入到别的app里，比如我一开始是runkeeper
的Go用户，可以查看一些report。

他的这个理念当初适用于长短距离，到现在更适用于长距离，也说明游泳进步巨大。付
出的代价就是姿势越来越不好看。
不过话说回来，也许将来有人能化腐朽为神奇，再次在50和100距离上relive这种游法
。就像孙杨用两次重打水游进了15分，部分复活了两次打水技术。如果有更多人用这种
游法进15分，就完全复活了。 |

发帖数: 3932 | 38 那个写MTT经验的人说，从in the money到final table，你要做的就是比较aggressive
并加上不断的拿到好牌，一轮至少要steal一次blinds to stay alive。不过我觉得要
注意steal的对象，那些还不是特别short的stack会容易fold，他们在等牌allin。对最
short或是比较大的stack要小心一点。当然，最重要的是观察对手的style，敢于
reraise的最好不要去steal了。
他还说了一个很有意思的经验：在刚刚ITM的时候，要玩得保守一点。因为这个时候大
家都relived，玩得loose，你反而要保守一点，什么都不敢都可以很快上升一些名次。 |

生了，她说是一种类似酒糟鼻的皮肤病，给我开了一种处方药每天擦一次，我已经擦了
一年多了，原来出来的红色点点都已经消下去，也不会痒了，但还是不能久晒也会红，
医生说要长期擦药才行。我不能肯定你的是不是和我一样，所以还是推荐你尽快去看皮
肤科医生，让医生给你做个诊断比较好。我妈妈也是脸上有血丝，二十多年都没有好下
去，我也给她买过eucerin的那个redness relive,对她没有效果。希望对你有点参考价值 |
