通过，类似与电容放电；
remark: 离子通道不是电容放电！电容是细胞膜，和ion channel是并联关系。离子通
道是电导，符合欧姆定律，只是由于gating和膜内外离子浓度的区别，它的
conductance会变，所以I-V curve不是直线。
但是电压与电流之间并非直线关系。所以Hodgkin 和Huxley
意识到 ion channel 应该是动态的和稳态并存。如何描绘这种复杂的动力过程呢？
Hodgkin 和Huxley 的天才之处就是借鉴了热力学的原理：（1） 他们首先假设一个离
子通道的电导率(conductance)取决于细胞膜内外的浓度差；

什么叫一秒？是一小时的1/3600，一天24小时，一年365天。
可见时间是由地球绕日头决定的。
那我要问：外星球呢？年和天一定不同于地球，因此会有不同
的时间概念。
这也解释了为什么天上一天地上一年的神话，根本就不是同一
时间系统，不一定是什么相对论的问题。
还有，在蚂蚁看来，人的一秒像它们的一分钟，你认为蚂蚁活得短，
那乌龟还认为人活得太短了呢。动作越慢的动物，相对时间活得更长。
时间不是绝对的，是你的感觉而已。
再往深了说，时间是不存在的，是因为你感知了周围变化才有时间
的概念，一旦什么都不变了，时间就停止了，呵呵，但愿你能理解。
总之，干什么事慢点，长寿，但别停干事，至少要喘气，好让时间走。

in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Monday were thrown a bit of a curveball when it came
to a description of his critics:
"Some powerful interests who had been dominating the agenda in Washington
for a very long time and they're not always happy with me. They talk about
me like a dog. That's not in my prepared remarks, but it's true," he told a
