回国后，学校里从教研室主任、系主任、院长、人事处长、主管副校长，都亲切接见了
我朋友以及当年度一起回国的一批小海归，鼓励他们爱校、爱党、爱国，为祖国建设添
砖加瓦。。。因为这个学校也是自己的母校，对那些人还是比较熟的，知道这些人，如
果年纪大点的，孩子都在国外读书或工作，年纪轻的，也都在打听将来孩子留学的途径

法新社报道，欧盟能源事务专员厄廷格(Guenther Oettinger)16日表示，日本核电站的
局势“已经失控”，可能出现的更大灾难可能导致更多人死去。
厄廷格向欧洲议会下属的一个委员会指出：“该核电站实际上已经失控。”他表示，日
本面临着“一场巨大灾难”。

因为是self petition，美国同事觉得我NIW PL有arrogant之嫌，会比较tricky，因为
别人夸我可以，自夸用同样的词好像过分，他把“continuing my excellent research
" 改成"advanced research", 把"remarkable research"改成 "original research"。
求建议。谢谢 |

形容词.
举例来说:
My research was introduced in international media, including XXX, XXX, and
XXX. 是具体事实 My research is remarkable.就只是一句空话.
My paper was cited XXX times in international scholarly journals. 是具体事实
,而 My paper is remarkable. 只是一句空话. |

I downloaded All the AAO decisions for the past three years. I read one by one for a total number of more than 200 decisions. I took good paragraphs from recommendation letters which IOs thought have met criterion of contribution. Because the works were from PDF files, I had to reformat them into word file.

PPD skin tests"。 再做估计胳膊就变大力水手了。所以这次他就直接X-ray了，没有
做TB。
照一些人的说法，没做TB要被RFE。
不过USCIS网站上有这么一段：
Q. Are there any exceptions to the initial TB testing requirement?
A. Yes. Under the May 2008 TB Component of the Technical Instructions for
the Medical Examination of Aliens in the United States, and its update, an
applicant may not be required to undergo the initial TB screening testing
with a TST or IGRA under the following circumstances:

is continuing at this university and is applying for post-completion OPT" (
毕业后，在学校做了半年多的 post-doc)。但我老婆的最后一份 I-20 的第9项
Remarks 则有这样一句："Extension granted -- delay caused by unexpected
research problems." 但并没有说明 extension 的时间。 |

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

怎么分配。好像我所有的comments都可以放到text box里，那这样我对authors就没有

I never denied that he actual brought some information on this board. In
fact, sometimes I do appreciated his insightful thoughts as mentioned in
earlier post. The reason that I feel sick is that he claims whatever comes
out is result of his calls and disrepsctful remarks to other people's effort
. Such remarks always end up fights inside this community.
I never see Mr. PIG claim credit like this. But, everybody knows how muc |
