Pro.
The remedy is simple, hold another CD partly inserted in the CD player, no
need to touch the stuck CD.
Push the ejection button.
If it doesn't work, try a few times.
I was able to get a CD out this way. |

外，有这么一句
This release expressly reserves all rights of the parties released to pursue
their legal remedies, if any, against the undersigned, their heirs,
executors, agents and assigns.
是否所有的settle release都会有类似描述，就是非错方放弃诉讼，但过错方保留诉讼
非错方的权利。请问这样正常么？
因为对方是全责，是否签了也没关系？实在是没精力和时间跟保险公司打交道了。多谢

your damage for attorney fees. if i recall correctly, the lawyer must give
you a reasonable estimation how much you need to pay for the service. it
might specify what's included in the damage, might not. but i personally
feel it probably includes all the remedies you collected from the opposite
even though it's for the repair of your vehicle, unless specified otherwise
