这应该是radon 超标吧？是不是只要radon remediation 之后不超标，就没问题了呢，
还是这种房子尽量别碰？
另，如果小区一个房子radon 超标， 是不是整个小区都有radon问题呢？好像radon是
一种辐射，所以我想应该不会只是小区里的一个房子的问题。

disclosure statement,有点傻了，凭感觉这个可能是大问题。想求教大家一下，这样
的房子还能买吗？
括号里是屋主的回答。屋主买这个房子买了4年，这个房子根据agent打印出来的广告，
是1967年的，这个也很奇怪，和zillow上给的年份不同，zillow上显示built in 1952
。在这个好学区，房子都非常老。

关键就是要找好的，不要怕贵。反正保险公司付账，你出deductible就行了。
第一，如果可能，water remediation要找自己的contractor。但是一定要找好的
contractor，千万别省钱。因为好坏区别很大，如果没清理干净，过一段时间搞出了
mold，就太划不来了。我推荐你上Angie's list，找review最好的。
第二，重建也最好找自己的contractor。本人不推荐中国师傅，因为我接触过的中国师
傅都以价格取胜，不是太professional，而且很多人英语基本会话都不行，没法和保险
打交道。当然我接触过的不多，难免以偏概全。我还是推荐上angie‘s list，找当地
review最好的。原因有两个。第一是review好的装修公司一般规模较大，和各个保险公
司打交道的经验丰富，他们可以给你争取最大的利益。第二是重建的活可能涉及到的种
类较多（比如说木工，地板，管道，墙壁，等等），活比较杂，对技术要求比较高。找

remediator，或者independent air testing company来看一下。注意很多mold
remediator都是scam，最好做air test,但是比较贵。
如果外面天气潮湿的话，开窗通风可能让地下室更潮湿。但是如果你的boiler, hot
water heater都在地下室的话，需要有fresh air 帮助gas燃烧，所以又要开一点窗，
然后用个好一点的dehumidifier。 |
