instances where it took more than a year. Usually you don't need a fully
renovated lab to start work. For some fields it will take at least half year
to get the instruments in place.
Option 1 is possible, 2 and 3 are never heard of to me. |

市政规划部门的网站，输入地址你就能找到任何房子的Permit信息，花了多少钱做了什
么事，这些都是公开信息。改变结构和水电是一定需要申请Permit的，如果没有就说明
他们只是做了一些touch up的renovation，像刷墙换地板是不需要Permit的,或者就是
他们没申请Permit做了一些什么事，这个你就需要自己注意了，如果他们有非法加建什
么的可能贷款会有问题。 |
