上面只是说see instruction , 但是我在此表的instruction中只看到了下面的信息:
Line 46 – Nonrefundable Renter’s Credit
If you paid rent for at least six months in 2013 on your principal residence

请教：现在自住房带一个in-law suite, 是完全独立的进出，打算出租出去。我们自己
肯定会买home insurance, 但是这种情况下一般会要求房客买renter insurance吗？要
买的话怎么买，因为地址还是和我们一样的。我们是肯定希望房客有自己的renter
insurance的。谢谢 |

际的用处呢？
比方说我住在一个apartment里边，如果由于我的原因造成apartment的损害，比方说我

的什么东西给烧了。或者把什么地方给用水泡了，这个时候renter insureance是不是
可以赔付呢？
另外如果我的家被盗了，那么是不是也可以由这里边来赔呢？如果是家里被盗，如何证
明有什么

可是这个instruction中并没有"page 19"啊， 到底指的是哪里？ 我该怎么计算由于租
房而带来的tax credit?

auto 半年500, 一年 1000 的话, 入 renter, 一年可以省 100块钱, 他家renter 好像
是160 左右一年...
当然, 你的 auto 可能没这么贵, 不像俺光棍男, 保险要600去了... |

时候说有renter的auto也打折，算下来多出一年6-70就可以加一个renter’s。
我上网读了一哈，发现主要是cover fire和smoke和偷盗，还有客人在你家摔跤要sue你
那些。稍稍多要一点就有很多rider，贵重珠宝要rider，计算机要rider， flood 地震
要rider，感觉是打水漂的钱。闹了半天基本的啥都不cover
请教我双胞胎专业人士，结果人nia给我说，还不如买点香，买点水果鲜花供个菩萨，
财神，关公之类的。。。

须买一个renter insurance，推荐了一个合作保险公司--Multifamily Insurance
partners, LLC), liability一年要100多刀。被强制要求买这个保险正常吗？以前住过
两个类似的公寓都没要求过。。。（PS：我还没签LEASE） |

此外，我一两个月内打算在新的州买车，但现在还没搬家。不知道我是否能在没车的情
况下把车和房屋的保险一起在现在州买了？如果不能的话，买车之后能不能随时终止前
面的房屋保险，而选择在车保险公司一起保房屋险？

的lease也很重要啊。

。 房东就不用出钱了。
保房子是肯定的。 自己的东西么， 看你怎么选了。 要求越高，价钱越贵。 打个比方
， 楼上阳台上掉东西砸到楼下的人或物， 楼上保险就付钱给楼下了。
3年前我们小区一住户把公寓给烧了， 不仅烧了自己的，还连带周围3户。 整个单元楼
推到重盖， 住户的保险付完， 物业的保险才接着付。。。
买房东要求的最低保额， 选最高的DEDUCTIBLE。 一个月10块吧， 便宜的。
如果有选择， 你可以不租这个房子啊。 |
