单身，房租一般都控制在税后收入的10%，搬了10几次家，最长3年，最短1个星期，没

另外, 理论上被claim过的划伤部位, 租车公司都应该贴上一个小玻璃纸片，表示是以

owner是hertz，不是你。车主没同意你朋友开，那就不能开。平时朋友开你的车，是因
为你同意了，所以可以开。这个写在合同里。
第二：你可以argue撞bumper的时候是你开的而后来的违约与这个bumper无关。看合同
里面有没有一行写着：一旦renter违约就void所有insurance provisions，这个要看合
同是怎么写的。这个你自己是看不懂的because你连租车不能让别人开都不知道。所以
要找律师看这个合同是具体怎么写的。这种binding contract一般都写得对hertz有利
，可以试着argue一下。 |

在比较保险的过程中，我发现关于liability的保险，除了ACE rental a car提供basic
liability insurance(BLI)以外，其它的公司，例如Enterprice,alamo,Avis,Budget
都只提供supplemental liability insurance.问题是，如果不提供basic liability
insurance，何来supplemental liability insurance（SLI）?那如果只买这个SLI，出
了事故的话，renter要承担什么责任呢？

tough and they can take a lot of abuse without any trouble. Have it checked
by a shop. If it is good, then it is good. I am more worried if a private
person sells a very new DFBB. The chance of having some problems is very
high, because DFBB owners typically plan to drive their cars for many years.
