Repertoire，这个是在加拿大时没有的，我们不知道是不是像是recital一样，以前在
加时的recital，我们会买点吃的或自己做点儿带去，家长们会在recital后聊一聊，吃点东西
，现在这个Piano Repertoire我们想会不会一样，那天去老师家上课的时候问了一下需不需要带
cookies，老师说"not necessary",我听着更迷惑了，这个意思可以理解为可以带，也可以不
带。请问有孩子学钢琴的爸爸妈妈们，你们孩子的Piano Repertoire是怎样的？
另外，家长需要一直在Piano Repertoire陪着孩子吗？

sure if your teacher thinks that Piano Repertoire is the same thing as the
normal Piano Recital, if so, the term sounds weird since Piano Repertoire
usually means a collection of piano pieces. Did your teacher ask your kid to
prepare some pieces for this event or said nothing about it? |

发帖数: 127 | 8 一开门，只见一个50多岁的大胖子，我心想就你还能搬家？后来聊着聊着，聊出他竟然是个业余音乐家，歌剧男高音，会指挥，弹钢琴，管风琴，小提琴等乐器，现在兼给一些教堂唱诗班当music director。我问他都有些什么repertoir, 他说很广的repertoir啊，从歌剧到弥撒都有，就是没说个具体的。他还会若干种语言，说COC曾经给过他角色，由于给的钱只有他当时收入的一半，而他有四个孩子要养，加上其他原因，结果就没接。他说很多有音乐天赋的都不能靠音乐为生（但也有吃音乐饭的人并不喜欢音乐），他给我说了几个名字，我都不知道，后来提到他的朋友Ben Heppner, 曾经是个卡车司机，现在在哪哪哪唱。Ben Heppner谁不知道啊！当今顶尖的瓦格纳男高音，我还在维也纳听过他的<罗恩格林>呢！哇，Ben Heppner的朋友给我搬家，要我1000多大洋，我应该接受吗？已经搞清，业主不搬，他雇了几十人替他搬。他说的一套一套的，paperwork也很象回事，看上去很专业，可就是不给我优惠，白听他讲了半天他的光荣历史。 |

国人家，想要知道他们平时吃什么，看看厨房里cook book collection就差不多有所了
解了。比较认真的，通常是学校里遇到的一些nerds,都会去上上cooking class，在现
成的菜谱的基础上做做实验改良什么的，不过第一次做他们通常都会严格按菜谱来。菜
谱说用fresh spice,不敢用干的香料代替。每次做好饭，如果受大家好评的话都会保存
菜谱，收集整理自己的repertoire.
有一次我的一个同学很困惑地问我，如果不这样的话，你们怎么学做饭？因为光看看，
份量是不可能精确到克的,至于火候什么的，也不可能精确到温度计测出来的温度。 |
