来实验室的发表的文章 ？ 如果是前者，我会要求她必须注明出处，如果是后者，我会
请她注意不能抄袭原文原句，必须 rephrase 并注明出处。无论哪一个，都是写学术论
文的起码常识，你就严肃地告诉她，坚决表示不能接受抄袭，不就可以了 ？
至于让她写声明，不知道对你有什么用，而且对人家有心理上的刺激。你可以把你的意
见用 email 写下来，表明你已经提醒过她这些原则，也指出了你发现的她的这些问题
。你不用先告诉老板，但是这些 email 通讯记录你保留下来，不就相当于你要的那种
书面声明吗 ？
此外你的 review 最后是要交给你的老板过目的，你就在给老板的 email 里明确表示
某段内容是印度同事写的，并对她表示感谢，不用提你先前对她抄袭的指责（当然你能
发现的抄袭一定要勒令她改正，绝对不能姑息），这样也把责任向老板说得很清楚了。

我给的建议比较高return，对我来说risk/reward刚刚好。 对保守人士可能就受不了。

感觉这个不是一个风险有股票那么大的sector, 这样的收益率已经很好了啊.
之前投资还是很重视morningstar评分的, 故有疑问.
问题2:
如果TIPS的主要风险为升息,
但又是Inflation Protected, 应该对高通胀会有较高回报,
升息一般是认为容易引发通胀的
所以TIPS的结构设计应该对冲的一定的风险吧?

本来过去了那么多年，都没想起来要回忆当年了，前几天看到那个小妹妹转CS的文章，
突然就觉得好多东西想说啊。
很多年前也是从国内某设计专业到了美国。设计专业在美国的前景实在太夕阳了，师姐
硕士毕业的时候，在旁边的大城市工作，年薪18K,另外一个师姐去了曼哈顿，年薪22K.
血淋淋的经验摆在眼前。当年是CS牛的不得了的时候，听到的是谁谁谁去了 硅谷，
sign in bonus是一辆宝马，谁谁谁去了microstrategy，1年以后股票上百万美金。摩
托罗拉和北电来学校招人都是全CS专业的毕业生，每人给onsite interview, 于是第一
学期我就琢磨要转专业了。
可是家里没有钱，我也没有。只能想办法读双学位。一边读本专业，一般选CS的课，还
要和老板解释。幸亏我是TA,老板没有那么大的power.
