Apparently he(she) does not have a stong sense of what is right and what is

一定拿一个纸本子（最好是有硬板子垫底的那种），一支笔， 在构想的时候比比划划
！！！
这个两方面： 一方面对自己学习有理清思路，另一方面面试的时候这是一模一样的
为什么用本子不用打印纸呢？ trust me it does make a big difference: 本子可以
一页页往下翻，回头还可以找history, 翻得话没有空间限制， 用纸的话很快写满，然
后就开始往犄角旮旯
凑，就会阻碍画出更清晰的图。
画关于矩阵的题， 一定一定要画出小格子，当前pointer （i,j, 之类） point 到响
应的
格子上。矩阵经常是多1少1 就错的。
设计题。 一定一定！ 不光画图画方框。 一定要一条一条画提纲,比如，

My personal suggestions, ...general words...will be...are weak. Trying to
dig some specific facts to support your claims. For example, citations:
yours much higher than peers, big guys citing yours, provoking further
hypothesis, replicated by others... there are some tricks....I have one

我的140 approval notice 邮寄的时候遇到了同样的问题，后来发现是本地的邮差度假
了，临时的替补根本搞不清楚状况，连续两次把我的邮件退回了USCIS.最后折腾了5个
月才收到，其间给USCIS打了无数个电话，给本地的邮局打了3个电话。其中一次给
USCIS通话之后收到一张表，是申请USCIS寄一份replicate,附加400刀。我不服，继续
argue,还没有收到original呢，怎么就交钱要replicate阿？接着扯皮，有的接线员说
已经寄了，再等一个月，有的说还没寄呢，又打了4，5个电话，最后一个大妈跟我说，
还是交了吧，你等不起的。还有一个接线员直截了当的说，不交钱，我们不会给你寄的
。在心里默默地问候了USCIS所有的亲属以后，交了钱，那头麻利的把notice寄过来了。
让我崩溃的是，给邮局的delivery department打电话，打了两次，给我两个不同的地
址。彻底晕了
给楼住的建议：
先给邮局打电话，确认你们家的邮寄地址，因为government document的delivery比

个人看法：首先EB1B claim两项就可以了。除非背景特别强，claim三项。你的
publication 和 citation都比较弱，不应该单独claim authorship。从你的情况来看
，应该claim 1. Contribution (把所有能放到这里都放上)；2. Review。
