实际上稍有文科或社会科学常识的人应该清楚，自60年代以来是经济新自由主义盛行的
时期。注意经济自由主义和政治上的Liberal是反的，Conservative/Republican = 经
济自由主义， Liberal / Democrats = 政府干预。过去40几年政府不但不是变大了，
反而是越变越小，税率下降，社会公共项目不断私有化和去政府化。收入差距不断扩大
