发帖数: 1900 | 3 听上去你们学校采购好象权利和工作量分配很奇怪，按道理采购REQUESTOR是可以有很
多的，连自己的学生都可以，APPROVER比较少，一个部门不同级别的可以有３-５个。
教授也是APPROVER但仅限于APPROVE自己LAB的REQUISITIONS，这种就是些便宜的
SUPPLIES，大的设备才会要HEAD 或者经理APPROVE。 如果所有采购REQUSITION和
APPROVAL都他一个人干。。确实很不合理啊。
对付懒散STAFF只有BY PASS找ALTERNATIVE了，再看看系里有别的人可以帮忙ORDER不，
可以的话找HEAD是可以BY PASS的。如果没别人做，就疲劳轰炸，EMAIL，CALL，WALK
IN。还得陪上好脸色，买杯咖啡啊之类的。 SET UP LAB确实要很久，清理房
间还不容易啊，系里不找人，自己动手找两VOLUNTEER好了。到是FACILITIES的人比较
难约。跟别的部门打交道就得混个脸熟，搞好关系，找到自己的人。以后干啥都方便。
学校就这个体制，机构庞大，事情繁多，不盯着点有的活可能在别人桌上躺个把月。。 |

Everify. 6月初寄出所有材料到TSC,但7月底时发现E-verify number填错了，填成
Employer
ID number了，赶紧打电话给USCIS，他们说把receipt和相关文件寄到TSC。刚寄去两天
，网上就变
成request evidence了，后来这些材料又被退回。两周后(从通知到拿到邮件时间很长
，还以为寄丢
