回答是我要重新要新的W2
Form 1042-S is a substitute return that takes the place of Form 1040 and
Form 1040NR. You do not report it on Form 1040 and you do not enter it into
TurboTax.
If you wish to file Form 1040, then you must ask your employer to rescind
the Form 1042-S and issue you Form W-2.

required them not to sponsor H1B anymore for they are using gov's money. So

the interns who were supposed to come back next year after graduation). But
