了内部的审计部门。如果有书面的东西还可以交给他们的法律部门，不过我没有受骗，
所以没有第一手的资料和证据。
如果有苦主愿意试试这个办法的，用英文纪录下事情的原委，如果有警察的报告和联系
方式也请附上。发给我的邮箱，我再交给branch manager, 作为内部文件上报，所以不

这么做对于追回损失可能没什么太大作用，不过至少能限制他的诈骗手段，让他不能再
去骗人了。

式是给顾客提供customization, 和support。软件本身就能卖一次，后面的服务才是大
头儿所在。但是我们公司自己也有个consulting 部门，相当于一个直销商，专门负责
重要客户（strategic partner)，以及对reseller服务不满意的客户。对reseller有一
定的制衡能力。reseller每年有倒闭的，也有新加盟的。但是总体来说相互之间是良性
竞争。最成功的reseller,都是跟顾客关系很好，服务周到，技术部门非常给力的。也

承担少数消费者对产品不满意或改变决定带来的损失。reseller的退货并不是基于对产
品的不满意，显然超出了苹果做出这种承诺的初衷。当然，他们的退货条款并没有能排
除reseller退货的情况，reseller以消费者的身份要退，苹果没有办法不让你退。但这
种行为本身不够坦荡也是真的，中国小护士在退货事件中过于引人注目的话，是难免让
旁人对一个群体有负面的看法。
另一方面，这又是一件让人无奈的事。倒卖苹果利润很少，不缺钱的人也不会干小
护士，小护士不具备经济实力像正规的reseller那样承担损失，再怎么没脸面也非退不

唯一值得讨论的是小二对于我们亚裔和他们老美reseller的态度差异而已，但是这个很
难衡量，我们中国reseller的人数之多，有时候素质之低（福建帮啦，逼不懂英文的爸
妈去啦），确实也是很能让人留下深刻印象的。

面损失惨重：后玻璃全碎，一个后车灯粉碎，大概有五六处车体不同部分被砸了凹陷或
着碎掉角落，还有一些擦痕。买的comprehensive可以理赔，保险公司appraiser下周来
estimate损失。有几个问题请教。
1. 大家觉得这种损失大概能estimate多少钱损失？和appraiser谈的时候有没有什么技
巧可以提高赔款？
2. 保险公司公司是否会涨保险premium？网上95%的信息说不涨，属于no-fault。5%说
涨。
3. 保险公司是否会报告carfax或者autocheck？因为这样如果上了车辆报告，肯定会影
响resell价格。网上70%信息说不会报告，只有车被偷和total了才会报告，警察到场才
会有报告。30%说会报告。
4. 是否可以据第3条在和appraiser谈的时候要求diminished value？也就是车辆
resell价值的损失？
5. 我这种情况拿到保险公司check有两个选择。第一，尽量便宜修好，留着剩下的钱作
