结果过两天又来收DEAL OF DAY的电脑，MAANGER是个白女，她听到当时推车的小二对她
耳语几句后，就过来问我是不是才买了几十台电脑，我说是，她说从此以后我不能从这
里再买任何电脑了，我问她原因，她说BB不做生意给RESELLER，前两天那个大单她已经
报告给BB总部了，包括我REWARD ZONE的一切信息，我说是你们店的经理主动要求我买
的，她说那个经理没她官大，而且电脑部是她管的，我说当时GM也在场，她说GM这样做
是不对的，她连GM也REPORT了。
过两天我又来，这回还是去买VIDEO GAME，连电脑部都不看一眼，但是很块SECURITY尾

运费就算了，问题是还有4单要退，他明显把我的5个账号关联了。抱着骁幸心理再打电

位置非常适合湾区上班族，就在硅谷中间。1700sqft的房子，所以
以后的目标买家肯定也是有家有室的人。
请问这样的房子，花8000元升级厨房台面（厨房非常大，所以这么贵，
默认是白瓷砖）和客厅餐厅地板（默认是地毯，大概要4000）值得吗？
尤其是厨房台面，非常贵，但我又非常喜欢，所以很犹豫。如果resell
的时候能给房子增加8000块的value，那就没什么犹豫了。
研究了一圈countertop的店，最便宜的中国人店也要大概4k，而且
厨房基本上要在交房后天翻地覆一遍（countertop相连的一些厨房
东西要拆掉重做），而且毕竟这个价位都是slab形式的，不是一整块
的板，价位低，以后resell价位也会低。所以现在倾向于如果装就还是
装builder upgrade。
问下大家，这个台面和地板，尤其是台面，值得装吗？

没有过白蚁或者火灾，不在于边上有没有高压线，不在于是不是在黑人区，不在于房子
是不是面积太小，不在于是不是在坡上，不在于是不是路冲反弓过堂风，不在于是不是

，不在于邻居有没有sex offender，不在于学区是不是太差，不在于到城里commute是
不是需要一个半小时，不在于氡气是否超标，不在于有没有过mold，不在于厨房是不是有

godaddy提供的。godaddy给他的reseller一个批发价，reseller卖掉的实际价格减去这
个批发价和一些其他费用，剩下的是你的commission。最近对这个东西钻研了几个星期
，觉得如果花精力搞marketing，用低于godaddy的价格薄利多销，还是有盈利的。刚认
识一哥们，搞这个2年多了，据他说通过它网站注册的域名有20万了。是不是吹牛不好
说。.cn不能注册，你要通过国内的那个中国万网。 |

回答以下问题（注意并没有要invoice#），回答后就会收到一封带RMA#的邮件，要你把

是不是过去iPhone 4S 时期有些护士过于高调，到这时候才遭到部分人的一阵毒打
iPad 3 一战，其实是好事，希望能结束Ebiz大潮，让更多人恢复到正常的学习
和工作中去，毕竟不是每个人都适合经商的，就像不是每个人都适合炒股一样。
Apple养肥了神医护士，却把Ebiz的风气搞的很差，很多人失去了艰苦奋斗的
精神。整天草地不离口，都被Apple高利润冲昏了头。却不知，每个行业

费加上：每年冬季只要租AWD车10天(5个周末)以上。10年总成本outback比prius还低（
10年后resell value也考虑进去，outback resell value higher）。所以这个车对于
outdoor person比较合适。宅男如果只用来上下班，买菜，不怕死，prius在拼命向你

你们想的那么大，差了1-2千打到3年的贷款里真不算啥，而且肯定能从卖价里弄回来：

而且outback的resell price极其坚挺。我前不久把我的第一辆outback(2007)卖了.
KBB/private/good/one owner/$11K，往cars.com一放，就被哄抢了，都不带还价的。
卖价跟05-06年的二手BMW X5(而且是高配)差不多。新车的话，才X5的1/3。
