9月底让公司改H1B premium，还好都是公司付钱。当时估计H1B ADV的quota差不多10月底用完，还想赶上ADV的末班车。把开始上班日期改到11月1号。

处搜索别人的case，希望能找到快速解决方案。所以我也总结一下我的case以及时间线
，方便遇到类似状况的朋友。
Timeline:
2014-2-14： OPT申请材料寄出。（zipcode已经写错，邮寄到学校ois，但写了家庭住
址的zipcode，但是都是一个city）
2014-2-18： USCIS收到我的材料
2014-2-21： Notice date on Form I797C
2014-3-3: 从学校OIS收到我的I-797C (虽然zipcode写错，但是仍然收到了，只是延迟
了很久)
2014-3-18：第一次知道可以跟踪状态，于是上网查询。status显示我的卡已经在3-18
当天寄出，并且给出usps track number.
2014-3-19: 根据track number (9205592338400128723076), 邮件从CORBIN, KY 40701
送出，提示 “undeliverable as Addressed”.

神医给label的情况下货寄丢了，他自己可以去和快递扯皮file a claim，让神医承担
运输风险是有道理的
但是直接下单，货物没收到，就像之前讨论说的，sender是商家，既不是神医也不是护
士，责任在商家那里，神医护士应该配合让商家refund or resend，不管丢了几次，没
收到就是没收到，商家可以和ups/fedex/usps扯皮，但是不应该让客户（神医护士）承
担损失。所以要么refund，神医不用给钱，或者继续要求resend，收到之后付款。下单
的是小护士，也只有小护士可以联系商家，没收到货物的情况下要求神医付款，或者自
己不作为不和商家继续联系，让神医承担丢货损失，这样不合理
当然，如果明明收到货了，声称没有收到，那完全是另外一回事

跟学校倾诉了以下，看在approved的份上，先让我上学了。
大家如果改地址一定要小心，改了，收到确认信了也不行，还是会寄到老地址的。有人
说改了30天之后才生效，但是google发现，有人改了9个月，还是会寄到老地址的。
尽量还是别改地址。 |

提交request要求resend， 打电话，说要重新apply new card。说他们没收到卡，
resend只有在卡退回的情况才可以。现在显示deliver了，所以只能重新申请。
真得重新申请？还有其他办法吗 |

resend" after 1 minute. I hit resend. Guess what? The msg was resent the
next day, after about 12 hours. The other party received it the next
morning.

I'm assuming someone in my building took it when FedEx left it.
I ordered a printer which should've been shipped out as signature required
package.
I'm assuming it is a medium size box, and my shipping address contains a
unit number.
If your company is sends out these electronic orders, it should have been
shipped out with a signature delivery for security purposes!!!

you can re-send ebay invoice, but there are some tricks, and often, even you
are able to send, buyer cannot pay due to a previous refund assciated with
the transaction. not sure if ebay fix the giltch.
or let buyer mail you a personal check which can save you some paypal fee.
