邦政府得到一笔钱。6万难民是他们的多少收入！！
2. 6万难民，一年后就是6万张绿卡，得雇佣多少律师，得多少律师从中赚利润。而难
民申请绿卡的这些律师费可能还是联邦政府出，因为他们可以claim financial
hardship。
根本就是难民援助机构在背后出钱支持夏威夷出头打官司！！

organization就可以来，最高法院判不行除非9院说行。traveler还可以用extended
list， 给不给visa就看签证官的了。目前block了大约24000 refugees. 3个高院法官
说支持full travel ban. 10月份会就travel ban正式开庭。
不明白为什么高院还要加一句，除非9院说可以。如果9院同意了夏威夷法官的，
难道还要再appeal到高院？
