美国政府把这些非洲难民sudan， 从非洲带到美国， modern re-settlement. 政府把
他们飞过来， 然后这里的church里的人， 帮助他们adjust to america。 resettle
了好几千人，当然里面有些人，did drugs, and some in jail。 但一些都慢慢的
adjust。
中国政府， 中国人， 就不做这些事。 连北朝鲜的难民， 都不帮助。 中国人， 连
中国人都不帮助， 天天在网上吵康妈。 什么都是钱钱钱。政府也是， 什么都是其他
国家的内政。 内政你妈逼啊！ |

这种uprootingx和resettlement本来就有很多具体的问题。融入一个不同的文化就意味
着要和自己的文化疏离。有的人内心比较坚持，而有的人比较实际，更有的人宁愿丢掉
自己的identity（这种人实际上更被主流社会瞧不起，他不知道他是谁）。
能往上走，除了自己的努力，社会也给你很多机会。如果你的环境有很多歧视，限制，
自己再怎么努力也无法不行。

之前还有Lehmann的师姐, 裸拉的同学, broadcom的老乡, 虽然他们大多最后还是找到

但是担惊受怕东迁西跑的真不是医生能比的, 40岁还要充电考学位, 为了工作resettle
的比比皆是.
其他不说了, ABC里马工矿工娶个医生老婆的都人人羡慕, 收入高, 时间多, 还可以随
意跟着劳工跑 |

过来更不容易。美国医生这个职业有它的优势是肯定的，比如职业稳定，因为是比较刚
性需求。但也有它的缺点，这些缺点可能外行很难看到，而是被网上的工资统计或者自
己的医疗账单迷惑。当医生是为了挣大钱？甚至有人说拿同样的付出时间去UPS送快递
，在55岁以前都是比医生有钱的（链接下）。美国医生里“收入高且时间多”的情况特
别特别少，只局限于某些特别抢手的科室或者商业经营特别成功的，绝大多数医生时间
多和收入高只能取其一，只不过你恰好分别都见到了时间多和收入多的医生，所以你想
当然的以为这是可以兼得的

show the martingale property though.
For ED futures, let F(t; T1, T2) be the time-t future rate (simply
