今天收到NIGMS director 的公开信，里面明白着说单个实验室不应该拿到超过三个R01
（除非是clinical research), 并明白指出这个动向的原因是：
1。在钱的总数有限的情况下，一个实验室拿到多的钱就会导致另外一个实验室拿到的
钱变少。
2。大实验室对博士后和研究生培养不利，因为导师的注意力被分散了。
3。从统计上来看，大实验室的成果并不和资金成正比

首先说说教训。如果你是技术骨干，那么在介绍项目的时候，得悠着点，注意不能说涉
及保密的东西。这个对于有些人来说是常识，但是对于比较呆的人（比如我），却是需
要栽几个跟头才能学到的。
然后是面经。大概有这么几类的题目：
1，理论类。Netflix爱问，追着我问Random Forest怎么split，怎么cross validate，
还有Neural Network怎么back propagate, 怎么feature selection，用的什么包裹，
什么原理，一直问到survival analysis的公式，很久没用于是歇菜了（和treatment
model混淆了）。对不起内推的大哥了。
2，实践类。小公司爱问，类似于码工面试的设计题。这种情况怎么搞，那种情况怎么

coronary arteries is Percutanueous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA).
The name itself says a lot about the procedure:
Percutaneous means access to the blood vessel is made through the skin
Transluminal means the procedure is performed within the blood vessel
Coronary specifies that the coronary artery is being treated
Angioplasty means "to reshape" the blood |

你说的医生是指一般的OD, 还是MD？我问过几个OD/optometrist,我的感觉是不支持CRT
的OD就不做CRT，做CRT的OD就都说CRT有用。我也问过我的一个眼科的MD，她对CRT有没
有作用不愿评论，因为不是她的领域，但她觉得reshape cornea，属于非必要invasive

LASIK我不评价, 但作为一个每年做几百个新的ortho-K的专家, 我给你做一点科普,
corneal reshaping 的现象在1940年发现, 但这不是Ortho-K, 第一个FDA批准的夜戴型
角膜塑型镜ortho-K是2002年, 注意, 是夜戴型. 第二代ortho-K, wave ortho-K,
FDA2012年才批准. 之前的,1994年的白天戴的没什么用.
你这人最大的毛病就在于总把鸡毛当令箭, 一片1975年的文献, 你就能洋洋洒洒整一堆
自以为正确的但实际上是错误百出的东西.
另外, 我还想告诉你, 你想给你儿子加250度双光阅读镜的想法是个极其错误的想法,
你无权拿你儿子来做你拍脑袋决定的实验品, 你想要实验, 你先给你自己配一个加250
度的阅读镜, 你要是能够戴得住每天看5个小时的电脑或/和书, 连戴一个星期, 你再回

金达尔，RUBIO这些新生代已经开始讨论这些议题了。
奥巴现在拽的一塌糊涂，debt limit根本就拒绝

***Typically it is the fan motor***, or associated moving parts.
Sometimes it is the housing vibrating from the spinning of the blower fan.
