因为选了《人体结构与功能》这门课，我无聊时也会在图书馆翻翻最新医学相关杂志。
在一本叫“基因”（还是“遗传”？）的专业杂志上看到一篇文章。
是一篇以人体已退化器官来追溯人类分化发展的文章。
说男性目前还都有结构跟女性一样的乳腺组织，和没用了的子宫结构。
然后后面那句话汗死我了……
“如果用适当的方式刺激男性乳腺，也是可以分泌乳汁的。”
我在图书馆差点没死过去。
专业的医学观点都是要大量实验支撑的，那么——
那位科学家是怎么做这个实验的啊啊啊！
回来和学医的一个朋友（男）探讨好久，朋友同意男性乳腺绝大部分和女性一样，但是
把持住男性乳房里头的ductile system（乳汁管）没有进化的和女性一样这一条，死活
不承认男性泌乳。
于是我上网搜搜搜，终于搜到些权威依据来驳倒他鸟！

一点小技巧：在R里用fix命令看data.frame / matrix
另外，基于归纳来观察和分析数据，用一些descriptive的函数来生成表格和图，比直
接用眼睛看来有效率的多。你可以参考R的Hmisc, lattice, plyr, reshape这些
package. |

真是神一样的公司，出的ide,包括插件等，都超好用。PyCharm最近也有community版本
出来了，真是广大python developer的福音啊。其他的主流ide，VS能打95分，如果加
上神奇公司的ReShaper，也可以打100分。eclipse最多70。vim可以打80分，我只用vim
写过perl，c++，做java这样的可能差点。传说中的上古神器emacs据传言无往不利，别
说ide了，还有音乐播放器，浏览器，邮件客户端等等，秒杀一切牛鬼蛇神，可能会比
idea强很多吧，我已经没精力学了。 |

然后再通过argmax把X里的对应项取出来用。
据tf的文档，argmax是flat的，所以就是先把X也flatten了，
然后用tf.gather把flat_X里对应argmax的项取出来，然后再
reshape成mp的形状就行。 |

今天收到NIGMS director 的公开信，里面明白着说单个实验室不应该拿到超过三个R01
（除非是clinical research), 并明白指出这个动向的原因是：
1。在钱的总数有限的情况下，一个实验室拿到多的钱就会导致另外一个实验室拿到的
钱变少。
2。大实验室对博士后和研究生培养不利，因为导师的注意力被分散了。
3。从统计上来看，大实验室的成果并不和资金成正比
