货（我都告诉他们ups说了，就收到billing information没收到过货），说是kohls不
能reship同一个order了，得我再下蛋还得跟他们联系把新的order弄成replacement
order，以原先的sales price给我算钱--天知道那么那20%还是否给我了。如果我下
replace,那我的kohls cash就还有效。
网上买这么多回东西，头次听说买家收不到货，卖家就不能reship的，还得买家自己去
下新蛋然后跟他们那永远找不到活人的crs探讨sales price。。。。这都什么玩意：（

询，都快忘了这事儿了，结果昨天突然收到邮件说我的一个item return了，直接给我

ship出来了，另外买的两件还没有。去ups查了一下状态，居然已经到了我们这儿的ups
分拨中心就直接给macy's退回去了。
打电话找小二，小二一个劲说是因为没货了，没货你取消订单啊，你都运出来了又退回
去还说是没货。跟他扯不明白，到facebook上找客服，开始说的很好，让我提供电话号
码，帮我再买一次，我把电话号码给她了，直到今天没有接到电话。我又上facebook找
到客服。告诉我，可能是包裹damaged了，还问我另两件商品有没有收到，我说没有，
网上的状态另两件根本没有运出来。
客服坚持说其实另两件也一起运出来了，所以应该一起出事儿了。我说既然连同大礼包
都运出来又退回去了，你干嘛就给我退了大礼包的钱。客服又来了，不知道什么原因这
个包裹出事儿，然后包裹里的三件商品只有大礼包给macy's退回去了，另两件macy's也

发帖数: 1655 | 8 前两天在staples买了两包惠普照片打印纸，estimated delivery是今天。下午因为有
事不在家，于是就在门上留个了条说要是我不在家就把东西放在门口。我是1：45出去
的，3:30回来。结果门口没东西，但条子没了，说明这个courier来过了。
于是先track了一下box no. （staples用的是Prestige Delivery Sytems），说下午2:
09分delivered，明显是我刚走之后没多久就来了。后来我跑到housing office（我住
学校的apartment）找，也没找到。初步认定是被偷了（我想Prestige Delivery 应该
不会撒谎吧）？
然后给Prestige Delivery打电话，对方说看到了我的条，就把包裹放在了门口，没有
交给别的任何人。所以这么看来只有可能是被偷了。他们建议我给staples打电话，看
看他们能否重新ship一份。
按照他们的建议，电话给staples，客服查了一下，也跟Prestige Delivery联系了，说
对方会仔细检查一下，明天下午3点钱给我打电话，如果到那时还没电话的话，要我告

any lost or stolen. However, if you didn't sign anything, reship is for
sure
.

previous trade in. They showed up as 'Audited' from 'Being audit' status. I

结果现在突然收到 BB email, 相同的 order #又发出了 $300 GC, 说是 reship, 而且
要求 UPS 签字。我还不知道是不是有信用卡的 charge, 但是 order status里面显示

的记录， 承诺RESHIP， 但是过几天被CANCEL，简直无语，同一个产品的其他购买者，
同样被BACKORDER，被CANCEL。 一些人获得了compensation， 比如75刀的GIFT CARD。
没有额外要求，只要求REFUND都不能兑现，迄今打了7次电话，2个没有被reply的
EMAIL，一次去店里询问，占用时间超过4小时，结果还没收到钱。真是没有办法啊，谁
也不能为不到200块的东西去上庭啊，奶奶的！
