<<公投政策>>如下：
1． 版主必须在当选当天致词班上所有童鞋
2． 斑竹发起证帖，让想申请者在截止日期内报名。一男两女（如果版主是男的话
），或一女两男。
3． 报名者须在报名同时发通告，而且要符合资历最低要求，文章数〉150，进站次
数〉200
4． 然后由版主发起投票帖子，站内同学可以在站内投票， EX，YAY OR NAY （
ONLY）不能放任何评价， 因为会涉及到人身攻击。我们坚决反对人身攻击。
5． 任何参选者不许用马甲投票，任何投票者同样受着一条文督促。如有发现，投
票作废，位置让给下一位参选者。
6． 在指定时间内投票，票高者胜出，出任。 如果没有竞争者，自动上任。
7． 版主要发帖祝贺当选者，让大家知道谁会是下任板斧
