While LouZhu made a list of mistakes. She did not resign voluntarily. Just
tell HR:
(1) The manager drafted the resignation letter without LZ's awareness.
(2) LZ had no intention of resignation.
(4) The manager hired somebody to replace her and forced her to resign.
(3) LZ signed the letter only because she felt she was threatened.

因为写resignation的时候可以说是在一个职位上工作太久了，学不到东西了，需要新
的挑战这类的。然后要求他boss也在上面签名，那么下次雇主问到resignation的理由
时，我们有书面证明，不是因为犯了错或者negative的原因。如果quit，要写什么东西
吗？
