I am culture phage with mutant strain, and then collect the phage from
plaques by homogenizing the agar chunks. However, these phage do not produce
Ab resistant colonies on the Ab-selective plates.
I am wondering if only the lysogens can carry the mutant gene with Ab
resistance marker.

我的想法是：
1.根据flow和pressure的关系： Flow=Pressure/Resistance。所以图里面直线的斜率
应该是F/P=1/R。
2.因为图里面实线代表coronary arteries are maximally dilated,所以应该代表
minimal resistance。那么实线的斜率应该是at maximum。
3.实际冠脉直径应该比最大值要小，也就是Resistance要更大，也就是斜率应该比实线
小。所以应该去找斜率更小的联线为正确答案。
4.斜率比较 'x-z'>实线='y-w'>'x-y' 所以我觉得应该选BB
5.心脏活动增加冠脉灌注应该增加，所以A和E可以最先排除掉。 |

accuracy volt-meter always use "补偿法", that means the meter's resistance
equivalent to infinity. So, the connection resistance and wire resistance on

9/8 用1/6的资金 short TWM在20.45 （相当于long IWM).这个trade在基本面上我看中
性，感觉现在SPY可上可下，因此基本面上没什么edge.
主要是技术面上SPY一周内的上升势头很强，9/7的时候回调了1%，因为这个位置接近
resistance,因此回调看上去比较健康。我觉得这是第三次试图突破，如果突破的话IWM
有8-10%的上升空间。在今年高点和当前价格之间没有什么resistance.
9/10出了TWM在19.97.这个不是我希望的结果，但是市场09/09和09/10两天的走势让人
担心。量低并且走法比较熊， NYSI上涨了126 (33%) SPY只上涨0.5%,看起来动力不足
。也许这次也不能突破。因此就出了 TWM with 2% profit.
其实周图上SPY依然bullish,但是总觉得有点不安，书上说心里不安就退出，我就遵守
前辈的经验。
下一步，假设SPY成功突破现在的resistance,那我会跟进，虽然进入点比现在高。要是
SPY不能突破就观望。 |

电报说,中国领导人不会考虑民主和互联网自由开放.
消息人士说"在过去,很多官员担心,网络可能无法控制.","但经过谷歌事件和其他
增加的监控,如'实名登记制度',他们得出一个结论:网络是可以从根本上控制的."该人
