不少，比如这是前三个
Cytochrome P-450 CYP2E1 knockout mice

Toll-like receptor 2-deficient mice
等等还有一堆，除了传统的insulin IGF通路相关的，很多基因我也不知道还有这功能
。所以如果你用这些KO也可能因为他们其他方面的功能吧。 |

我以前做siRNA resistant的cDNA mutant，是根据SiRNA的序列，对应的每个codon都做
silent mutation，绝大部分都work。直到有一次，虽然突变了，但是仍然可以被siRNA
干掉。
后来我做rescue就设计target 3'UTR的siRNA,然后直接用wt cDNA做rescue就可以了。 |
