我要的是：emergency responders也要首先注意。几乎所用的FREEWAY OR HIGHWAY 都
有路肩（SHOULDER）。应该有足够的空间了。如果不管路况，强行让人换道或减速，有可能造成车
祸。emergency responders到安全了，别人就不安全了。
我认为：合理的法应该是：你没有换道或者减速,导致了emergency responders事故，
那就重罚。如果没有导致事故，正常安全通过就不要罚。这样，可能就有很多人自动选
择：换道或者减速。
还有一个抬杠的地方：警车或者其它emergency responders的车，你通过前，他没有
SIREN 响或者闪灯，你通过时他这么干.就是“钓鱼”执法。你能如何？这种可能性是
存在的，尤其对少数族裔。不要把警察想得太高尚。 |

Voters will side with the GOP if they fight President Obama’s effort to
print work permits for millions of migrant workers, according to a new poll.
The large poll shows that 47 percent of the 1,593 respondents approve of
Obama’s overall performance — but also shows lopsided opposition to his
