Tomcat will restart the webapp if you change the war file and set reload to
be true.
Make sure your webapp can be restarted without restarting Tomcat. It doesn't
work for us since we have our own threadpool and the webapp cannot be
shutdown properly without shutting down tomcat. |

Problem: can not restart winXP, can not reinstall, can not get into safe mode,
only could get on the recovery mode from the install CD.
Originally it freezed at agp440.sys while restarting the winXP, so I get into
recovery mode to disable it, and try to restart to normal mode, but could not
start windows.
So I tried to reinstall windows, and it freezed at installing devices.

我硬盘三个分区，最近想在分出一个分区，用PPM划出一个新分区，点apply以后，运行
一会儿就出错，跳出个信息说：“The restart operation, that has been requested
now,cannot be performed under this 64-bit edition of Windows.
Please use Recovery CD for this purpose”， 然后屏幕就变暗，出现"force to
restart"界面，restart以后，发现PPM的分区操作根本没启作用。
谁知道这是什么原因么？是我的win 7哪里设置不对？还是PPM根本不能在win 7下面用？

至少你得有美国女性的平均力气。这个工作的特点是累体不累心，但是你如果体力不行
，在普通科室做起来就比较困难了。普通medical floor会稍微好一点，不能动的病人
很多是confused的病人，你少动他们就是了，骨科不行，大多数手术病人都是清醒的。
和护工处关系，也没什么窍门，一个是你特有威信，这个刚毕业的老中没戏，除非你已
经做了很久；另一个就是尽可能的帮他们。劳动人民都是很朴素的，你帮他换几次床，
多answer几次call light，她们是会看在眼里记在心上的。
dc iv这个事可大可小，看你们医院policy。有的医院允许护工dc，有的医院会因为这
个开除你。我以前有一个同事，因为iv pump响了，病人call了，他叫护工去restart，
病人complain，他就被开除了。如果护工自己去按那个restart键，和你无关，如果是
你懒，让护工去restart，性质就完全不同了。你要知道，不要说护工了，就是lpn，理

透明计算相信大家都听说过，不知道的可自行百度。本实验课是一个科普实验，实验中
可以学习到虚拟机及远程桌面基本概念，并自己动手搭建一个模拟透明计算的教学演示
环境。
注意事项
本课只是模拟透明计算的演示效果，形似而已，绝非实现透明计算，毕竟我并不清楚透
明计算的具体的技术原理。实验中选用的技术只是用来快速搭建一个通过浏览器访问的
远程桌面，与透明计算没有任何关联。
5分钟是敲命令和环境配置的时间，不含文档阅读时间及受实验楼网络影响的软件下载
和虚拟机启动时间。
本课主要步骤参考爱鸟同学的“15分钟实现透明计算”，感谢爱鸟同学贡献了这么一篇
详尽透彻的文章。
实验原理
用虚拟化技术（QEMU）启动一个Linux虚拟机（Tiny Core Linux），然后启动一个web
服务（Guacamole）连接虚拟机的VNC桌面，最后达到用户可以通过浏览器访问虚拟机桌
