如果做I-V curve,我应该测哪个通道的离子流?是K+通道吗?能否推荐一些相关的经
典paper?
如果直接把clamp mode改到I=0,记下那个电压值,算做resting membrane potential
,会有问题吗?

哈哈哈,折腾无止境,
对我来说,rest的问题基本解决了,sight还没有觉得是瓶颈,倒是grip,个人感觉这
个torque的作用还是比较明显。
torqueless grip,$100,也是很坑爹,琢磨一个DIY。

趁着记忆还热乎,发个报告。
终于完成了第一个ultra race - TNF 的熊山50迈,12:57:50。
去年芝马之后就想着报一个春天的比赛,能带动冬天的训练,很久之前爬山就心仪熊山
的这个比赛,但没想过什么时候能跑。报名的时候报的是马拉松,结果在几个朋友的鸡
血下,把报的马拉松改成了50miles,决心挑战下自己。12月的mileage都很少,中
间又是旅行又是过节的,到一月中开始正式进入16个周的训练计划。计划就是网上找
来的针对beginner准备50miles的计划。贴在下面了.
因为之前首马的训练基本执行的很差,这次下定决心严格执行,pace没有任何目标,以
完成mileage为目标,目标单一完成的压力要小好多。

瞎跑跑的太多了受伤了咋办呢? 应该还是有个mileage 循序渐进的过程吧?

但是JAVA的基于开源的生态系统已经很强大,
大公司都在用,找工作前景很不错。
感觉上java和j2EE的是中大公司搞,
C#和ASP是中小公司搞或者非IT的大公司。
可以看出来薪水还是有点差别的,平均来说。

0-1650自由泳,第五周,第二天。
感觉还没有完全从周一的疲劳中恢复过来。不过现在有点游泳上瘾了,所以还是去了。
这回还是室内,当然,池子没有量成,忘了带尺了。游的感觉没有上次好,也许室内外
水温差别的原因?或许室外水温高,适合肌肉用力。
4x100中间两个终于达到蛙泳巡航速度。游完预定的1600码,看看也快1小时了,决定凑
一次一小时,每圈看看时间,正好又游了150码就到1小时了。
