Syndrome,(RLS) which reminds of my legs. They have been getting worse since
I started to play badminton.

次。最近两天突然无法奶睡了，吃奶的时候就不停蹬腿打挺，nipple吞吞吐吐有几十次
，眼睛老睁得大大的好像在盯着什么看。昨天到十二点才累得睡过去，六点那顿又是全
醒蹬腿。好容易有点安静好像睡着，放swing上又醒，倒是没哭我就没理她，只听她砰
砰蹬腿有一个小时才突然消停睡着了。刚才九点起来吃奶又是蹬腿，不过每天早晨9～
10点她睡得最香所以倒是很快睡着了。我在某个网站看到说婴儿restless legs是因为
缺铁，不知大家有没有类似经历的能告之一二，叩谢～ |

没有这种病，都是药厂为了推销药搞出来的噱头。那之后很多人都对号入座，认为自己
有这种病。可是玩笑归玩笑，真得找人看看了。给healer打了个电话，结果没人接。又
给个西医打电话，看能不能定个时间，结果被告知随时可来。于是开车到诊所，等了十

发帖数: 433 | 35 去年10月开始吃抗抑郁药，第一个月吃的fluoxetine，早晨吃一粒10mg，
过于刺激了，白天常觉得心脏不舒服，晚上睡觉有restless leg。
同时吃安眠药zopidem，每天还只能睡4到5个小时的样子。后来发现这个zopidem的说明
书上说，最长只能吃两个星期，可是医生给我开了一个月的药，要我天天吃。
第二个月就是11月份，我和医生都觉得fluoxetine不行，换了citalopram，开始时我傍
晚吃10mg，结果睡觉更差。我自己再没觉得有restless leg了，但是领导说我有，还因
为这个把他弄醒过。医生要我改成早上吃，而且要我一定时间后改成20mg，说10mg剂量
太小。三个星期后，我加大剂量，心脏实在觉得难受，吃了两天20mg，给医生打电话，
她说赶紧减量。又给我开了另一种安眠药，lorazepam。这个药我吃了一次，完全不安
眠，而且说明书上说会上瘾，我就再没吃。紧接着看医生，她给我开了trazondone做安
眠药。对于用citalopram，医生和我都认为我的状况只有20％的改善，医生说我可以再
试另外一种药，不过可能情况还会差不多。我说先别换。就还是 |

在网络上拼命查找想证明人家不懂。但是你没有鉴别专业信息的能力，也不了解学科的
进展。最终不过是遭人耻笑。
难道不是吗？你查出来的文献都把妄想症局限为非怪诞性妄想。你就以为捡到了宝，认
定妄想症必须是非怪诞性，还振振有词说怪诞性妄想就就精神分裂症而不是妄想症。却
没想到冒出来一个DSM-5。这个标准两年前就修改了。现行的妄想症标准怪诞性的也可
以是非怪诞性的。老夫告诉你既可以是肯定也可以否定，意思很清楚，就是即可是怪诞
的可以是非怪诞的。你还骂老夫信口雌黄。其实老夫的专业并不是精神病学，不过与精

张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5（附件1），
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看，张纯如没有妄想症状。
