很多次了，在版上发帖，求助。我们吵架又和好，和好又吵架。哭过，闹过，离家出走

虐待女人，而且我表态很明确，男人不可以虐待女人，但是我加了一点，女人也
不可以虐待男人。
你如果一边对人说，丈夫骂妻子，妻子打911会导致丈夫以后见孩子都难了，一面
又说，要用嘴难听的话骂丈夫，朝丈夫脸上涂唾沫，去逼对方动手打你骂你，so that
you can call 911。（这些都是你的原话。）
你觉得这是尊严吗？你觉得这有道德底线吗？
关于冷暴力，这不该提倡，但是有时候对于躲避暴力的配偶来说，这可能是唯一的方法。

难道你如果去family court申请一个restrain order防止配偶的骚扰都能属于
家庭暴力吗？
你说得没错，家庭暴力有大有小，到了一定程度是不能免于法律的制裁的。
所以我认为，你这样用嘴难听的话骂你丈夫的，朝丈夫脸上吐唾沫的人，不能因为
你是一个女人而就逃脱制裁。

合法的身份，也许你现在有合法的身份，也许你已经有了绿卡，更也许你已经变成了美
国的公民。。。如果你觉得你自己骨子里还是中国人，那我的这个经验也许会给你个启
示，也希望每个在美国或者国外生活的中国人能以我的教训为戒，千万不要糊里糊涂的
被老婆扔进监牢。
本人来美后一直居住在加州，按后来公诉我的罪名，此次犯的是典型的“家庭暴力

咳，你要不懂的话别误导别人，什么restraining order， 你现在给人下一个
restraining order, 等于火上浇油，本来没什么事的，搞不好人家上庭要求赔偿加上
律师费，你自己费时费事不说，自己先花几千去retain一个律师吧。 |

要么你先下手为强，先起诉她合约欺诈，首先不履行合约，都不要通知她，直接起诉，
不要跟她再有任何对话。 要么就等着她起诉，你再行动。
总之就是千万不要再跟她有对话了，她如果不断骚扰你，哪怕是email，你都可以call
911，very simple, just dial 911, 后续的restraining order，都可以easily拿到,
小case。当然，call 911 restraining order都没什么实质作用，无非就是吓唬人玩的
。那个bitch也许以前都进过局子多少次了也未尝不可知。但是起码要让她知道你们不
怕她敲诈。
当然，你要是觉得有那个能力，就给她下套，比如，假意要跟她私了补偿，然后通过电
话录音，或者见面谈话录相的方式，或者是email之类的，套她承认过去曾经口头说过
合约期内不再为你服务。不过，我觉得，第一，电话录音好像法庭不采信，email和录
像好像是采信的。第二，她没那么傻冒会上当。你看到现在她都死咬自己从来没有说过
终止合同的话，你突然要和解，她也肯定防着你。
所以，还不如什么都不做，等着她起诉，或者自己先起 |

发帖数: 3433 | 14 刚看到下面这个新闻，说警察給一个用头撞墙的special ed学生带手铐。想到我娃
班上两个小孩和这个娃举动类似。我娃几个星期前说他班上一个小孩不停用后脑勺
撞smart board, 老师叫停不停，后来被老师拉离smart board, 带出教室，很久才回。
之后几个星期都没来学校。我开始想可能那个小孩病了，但后来觉得是不是被
suspend或者换学校了，娃说老师没说为什么那个娃这么久没来上学。
还有一个娃经常用手打头然后shout。这个娃我第一次见觉得自闭，因为和他说话
他不理，不停吃手指，然后因为怕一个东西哭了。
当然上面两个娃从来没有被铐或者被叫警察。
我知道一些自闭小孩爱打自己。两个娃我都见过，觉得都有自闭倾向。不过上面两个
小孩都不在special ed里，没有aide. 第二个小孩的妈妈是大学研究special ed的教授。
我在想是不是我对自闭的判断是错的，因为如果是自闭，怎么第二个小孩的妈妈没有
叫小孩evaluate, 毕竟当妈的是special ed的专家。是不是正常小孩也有经常打头
或者撞墙的？

怎么样子去expand 这个间断性， 到一个新的境界。

的研究（呵呵，吹牛呢）。
beam-to-column connection，传递弯矩的主要分fully restrained and partially
restrained connection. 还有Reduced Beam Section (RBS)。你说的那个pin-
connection,到实际应用的时候，shear 传递是靠column web和 beam web之间的
friction. 这里所说的column web是指shear tab welded to the column flange.

approaching a total stranger, 一般2到3个yard的时候就pull leash, 如果 the
stranger happens to like the dog, it is usually that person then approach
the dog and to pet it. 如果那个person stops walking and does not approach
the dog, the owner definily restrains the dog and pull it away.

来美国5年，从来没有想到有朝一日能带着手铐走入美国的监牢，平时的小心做人
，胆战心惊的遵守美国当地的法律，最后有一天却换来了这样的结果，仅仅就是因为在
中国人看起来是一个很小的事情，却付出了惨痛的代价。
如果你是刚来美国的中国人，或者你是已经来这里很久的中国人，也许你现在没有
合法的身份，也许你现在有合法的身份，也许你已经有了绿卡，更也许你已经变成了美
国的公民。。。如果你觉得你自己骨子里还是中国人，那我的这个经验也许会给你个启
示，也希望每个在美国或者国外生活的中国人能以我的教训为戒，千万不要糊里糊涂的
被老婆扔进监牢。
本人来美后一直居住在加州，按后来公诉我的罪名，此次犯的是典型的“家庭暴力
”罪，法律代码是 422 e (轻罪) 在整个事件中，经历了36天梦魇般的生活，期间在法
庭出庭多次，最后因为自己的坚持走进陪审团(Jury) 审理程序。经过陪审团4天的折腾
，最后在陪审团判定： No
Guilty 时，自己没有笑更没有哭，因为这个时候什么样的结果对自己来讲都不是
重要的，因为寻求重要感觉的时候已经过去，我几乎已经麻木。从警察去家里逮捕我，
