Eighteen years of construction on Route 22 in Westmoreland County comes to a
close on Thursday with the opening of four lanes of traffic near the
Indiana County line.
PennDOT has scheduled a celebration at 10 a.m. that day in the parking lot
of the indoor-outdoor flea market on westbound Route 22 in Derry Township,
just west of the Indiana County line and east of Jonnet Road.

哥原来拥有过日车无论新车还是二手车，都出过不少问题。哥在车里列举一下：
1）2000 nissan maxima se，新车。 rotor每两万迈就会warp，或者resurface或者换
。check engine light更是经常亮。整套emmission系统都换过，o2 sensor，coil，
spark plug，cat converter. 最后transmission挂了。
2）2001 Mazda protege 5. 新车。这车还不错，没出过其他大问题，就是整套的
emission系统换了。
3）1994 lexus LS400。二手。据说是日车中最可靠的车型之一。买过之后先是发现仪

1. You need a transmission jack to hold and remove the tranny!
2. Alignment tool is not that expensive($10 or so) but not easy to do it
right.
3. Flywheel resurfacing needs to be done at a professional machine shop(2
days).
4. Most cars Chinese drive are FWD Japanese cars, all of the messy stuff are
stacked on top of the front axle. Such as the engine, tranny, starter.

一旦拆开了rear suspension，偶终于可以够到那个
brake disc了。拆了下来，把bearing和seal都拆到
一边，就拎着去旁边的garage resurface了。一个
花了$12左右，还过的去。已经到了service limit，
这是最后一次。:P

经历了那么多痛苦以后，觉得rebuild caliper也就
那么回事。直接用尖嘴钳转piston，就拆开了。也没有
用到偶从autozone租的那个brake service tool kit。
里面锈的比较厉害，尤其是那个parking brake的部分。
左边的全锈死了，难怪根本拉不动。:(
里面的snap-ring藏的非常深，service manual上面说
需要特殊的工具压缩弹簧，然后用一个很细长的snap
ring plier拆除和安装。偶找了半天，手边的东西
没有一个用得上。到旁边的车铺也问了，也没有招。
都打算放弃了，却突然想到可以直接用螺丝刀给撬出
来。安装的时候，小心点用大的socket直接压进去
，到位子自己就会卡上 |

traced down to the bad tire. the dealer mechanic was damn right.
he told me this half a year ago. hehe.
after rebalancing and rotating the tire in walmart, the
sound goes to the front. I am so happy with the result
since finally I got it after replacing wheel bearings,
resurfacing brake discs and lots of other work.
due to such badly worn uneven tire surface, I hardly can
maintain a straight direction with these tires at the front.
