但在我看来，奥巴马这句话的后面应该再加两个字，那就是“忽悠”，“美国的复
兴是切切实实的忽悠”。
虽然美国经济数据近期向好，但如果细究看本质的话，奥巴马在未来两年多的任期
内，无论是贫穷问题、失业问题还是党争问题均难以解决，经济向好成疑，美国经济暂
难言复兴，即使说是复苏都有些勉强。
在贫穷问题方面，早在1964年，时任美国总统约翰逊(Lyndon B. Johnson)已向贫
穷宣战，表示“这场斗争既非短暂也不容易，不是一种武器或战略足以应付，但我们不
会歇息，直到战胜为止。”

Actually, they begged Intel to come to China and build a CPU factory for
them because they are unable to create such things for themselves.
I think it is now open or about ready to start up.
This great Chinese leap forward makes several-generations-old Pentium chips.
Intel keeps all the crown jewels in either Portland or Tucson and will not
let the manufacturing of their primary products out of the USA until they
are obsolete or obsolescent.
