constructive feedback. A对我说过一些话，但是权当开玩笑了，我没放心里。Email
也有，短信也发过（不想被我误删了）。

10/30/17 update:
刚才在我个人邮箱发现一封邮件，HR发过来的termination letter，说是因为
我不签那个offer。
然而那个offer是18年1月才生效，上面还注明我原来的offer会在今年年底12月31号终
结，从来也没说立刻终止啊。上周五我解释了我不签的原因以后，HR的回复说不签会被
视为constructive resign， will lead to termination accordingly。根本没提立即
termination。再说也不能因为不签明年的offer就立马终止今年的employment啊，
contractor都没有这样的。我算见识了什么叫low了。

这几天一直下雨，到昨晚也没停。我和傻X(白色MB E500)都在5号上，都准备转10号。5
号转10号有两条lanes。我在最外
边，她(后来超她的时候才看到是女的)在我左前lane，她左边有台擎天柱那样的大车。
不知道她是不是看到大车就紧张，灯
没打就向我这边靠过来。右前轮已经全过线了，后轮过了一半。我蛋定的减了点速度，
然后示意性的按了喇叭提醒她。她把
车打回她的lane后，竟然向大车靠过去。贴得很近。我有点费解，不明白。我就继续开
我的车。分到10号的2车道转角处的
时候，她没打灯，很生硬的转到我的lane上。我知道有些人转弯的时候，会不知不觉的
靠过另外一条lane上。因为下雨路
滑，又是弯道，我也开得很慢，就也没理她。就在她转到我那条lane后，她忽然又很生

一条是最严重的，所以这个阿三经理才开始来“疯狂留言”，他希望能把那个项目spin
成“mission possible”的项目，从而retaliation就不成立了。
针对这个“retaliation”这条，你估计还得下点功夫：
1. 你当初document这个angular2项目的时候，你认为是“mission impossible”，但
是这个阿三经理的反应是什么？ 有没有什么email或其他证据来支持他也认同你的结论？
2. 你可能需要确认HR/阿三经理再次把这个angular2项目分派给你的时间，以及公司收
到调查的时间，从而确认HR/阿三经理确实是在知道调查已经启动的情况下，还给你派
这个angular2的活。
3. 你自己可能需要收集一些权威资料来证实这个angular2的项目确实是“mission
impossible”
4. 你的VP们告诉你不要管这个angular2,你不能真的就不管了，然后让他们随便spin.
你估计要随时留心他们在这个项目上的花招，保留证据。

嗯，看见阿三manager的行为，大概直到他要干什么，以及VP们跟他说过什么。
第一，我把不work的原因document在了Jira 上， 有具体的时间marker。这个和阿三留
言的是同一个。以前阿三也多次说过，Angular2不要再试了。
第二，阿三在以前关闭的Angular2底下留言，那个关了的和他在调查期间assign的不能
算是同一个，我一直坚持要assign这个hopeless project 的人自己create 一个新的
jira issue， 而那个 人一直不出现，所以现在也没开。还因为以前的Angular2 task
里面从来就没有他的那个requirement。这个
angular2是和HR关我禁闭的邮件一起发过来的，邮件声称调查开始，9月22号晚上。公
司收到我报告歧视的email是9月19号上午。 9月25号，调查已经开始，阿三把我从原来
的n个任务上换下去，有jira邮件为证。
第三，我并不打算和阿三在这个任务上纠缠，尽管我并不怕。因为事情的重点在于，HR
和阿三怎么能在调查开始时以及开始后还混在一起给我换项目？还有，为什么HR一直

我查了公司的non-retaliation policy. policy上说，公司不允许任何的retaliation
行为发生，如果你怀疑自己被mistreatment, 请打电话.... 各公司的热线都不一样的
，你查查你原来公司的policy.
我打电话过去，是个3rd party, 说case已经传达至我公司。估计跟EEOC一样的，都是
让公司自己先解决。
我昨天咨询了当地的一个律师，但是对方不是employment lawyer, 他说他愿意去给我
当mediator,但是他实在是没有料理过employment case. 他推荐了一个比较有经验的
employment lawyer给我。
Employment的case一般律师都不愿意接，第一是没有特别solid evidence不好打赢官司
（比如他们用你performance not meet standard来bypassing racial discrimination
or retaliation)第二是如果上法庭折腾了1年也赔不了多少钱。我查了EEOC的settle,

老板B业务水平不错，可惜脾气暴躁，给Instruction给的不清楚，也不给预期的
deadline, 但是对你交上来的东西横竖指责，最可恨之处，在于当着楼主的下级
degrade楼主，甚至当着客户的面贬低楼主，客户走了就跟楼主说(you did terrific
job. I just don't want to make client unhappy, so I have to say as that).
