开始是董珊珊的死，当时是在天涯吧，杀死她的凶手是她丈夫，把她打到重伤住院，最
后死掉，这个案在网上引起的热议，几乎是没平息过，结果是什么样呢？虐待罪、家暴
等法律法规的出台本来是为了更好的保护妇女儿童和老人，在他们受到来自家庭内部持
续不断的小伤害，验伤达不到刑法的轻伤标准，伤害又是长期的，对被虐待者带来的痛
苦非常大，于是用虐待罪来堵轻伤以下不负刑责这个漏洞。
但是到了董珊珊这里，暴力伤害致人死亡，家庭关系、虐待行为，却成了家庭内部杀死
妇孺的免死金牌。
滔滔民意，久久不息，司法系统就像死了一样，或者对于屁民的愤怒或者说女人的愤怒
根本毫不在意，没有任何回应，更无论有任何反思了。
一条自己制定出来保护弱者的法律，在实践中却成了伤害弱小的恶人的保护伞，他们竟
然毫不在意。没有一个法律专家出来反思这个现象，当事法官适用法律是不是准确，是
不是应该适用故意伤害致人死亡更合适？没有一个预防犯罪专家出来建议，面对这种极
恶性的暴力犯罪，应该如何适用法律才能更好的震慑潜在犯罪分子，保护弱小。

It is more like a move of "杀鸡给猴看". first of all, the group of
neuroscience was established by former CSO, so the new management team would
rather let them go, and the whole drug discovery group has NOT submitted a
