的猎豹，并论猎豹的系统演化》（“A primitive Late Pliocene cheetah, and
evolution of the cheetah lineage”），这篇论文最早出现在2008年12月29日《美国
国家科学院院刊》网站上，2009年1月13日刊载在纸版的《美国国家科学院院刊》上。
黄骥是该文的第二作者，第一作者是丹麦研究者梅·克里斯琴森，发论文时，他是哥本
哈根动物学博物馆的研究人员，目前是丹麦奥尔堡动物眼首席动物学家。
两人在论文中称，他们研究了一个首次出土于中国甘肃临夏盆地、距今约250万年的猎
豹头骨化石，认为这是世界上目前发现的最原始的猎豹，并推导出结论认为，猎豹很可

I don't lawyers would be interested in this case.
I assume you would have to show your damage in the court for a
malpractice suit. In case, it'll be very hard to do that.
Tufts University may be asked to provide long term health
care for the kids involved in the experiment, but that'll
be pretty much all you get.
On the other hand, the paper should have been retracted,
and the main author should have been fired, and asked to
repay NIH grants. |

When I was watching Sorkin’s Newsroom, i loved its wit. But i didn’t
relate too strongly with the show, because i didn’t really think the US
media is as bad as Sorkin was trying to portray: jaded, sensationalism,
interested in the rating only, not interested in exposing the truth.

已发表的论文竟然被“偷”了！近期，美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学麻醉系教授陈宙峰居然
碰到这么一件不可思议的事儿。
一开始收到匿名检举人发来的邮件，陈宙峰还觉得是天方夜谭。然而，事实却让他不得
不信。
匿名检举邮件称，河南新乡医学院药学院现任院长杨俊把陈宙峰曾经发表在《自然》杂
志上的一篇文章“PS”上自己的名字后，附在其简历中，牟取利益。且有确切材料为证。
真有如此剽窃之人？震惊之余，出于好奇，陈宙峰在接下来的一个多月中，利用自己的
空暇时间对杨俊的信息作了些搜集。
