啊。
还真不是。从报道里面看，UNC和Princeton的那几个案子好像是单纯的学生告老师，因
为没有其他助证所以学校没办法对他定罪。但是芝加哥这个是他是在系里开retreat
party 的时候趁着女生们喝醉的时候对她们上下其手，而且当时还有很多同事在场都看
到了。然后retreat回来之后一堆女生立刻就去举报他了，再加上同事们作证，铁证如

如题如图，下排左边内部两颗大牙 左右两颗都做过根管处理（root 擦哪里）是好多年
（7年左右？）前在国内做的 一直没有问题 到这里想要做个bridge 咨询过几家 做
bridge的医生有的说ok 有的说要重做根管 因为没有填充到底 专业医生建议重做根管
（retreat） 说是不重做有50％的概率不好 重做的话75％的概率会好 想咨询下大家的
专业意见 retreat实在很麻烦 费钱费时 手术难度高 还有危险 最想知道的是 如果不
做会如何 大家见过多少这样没有填充到底后来发炎的？发炎有多不好？
另外一个问题想问大家 就是美国这里做bridge的材料都是 Cobalt-Chromium（钴铬合
金烤瓷）吗？那个安全吗？

treatment.这样就能防止白蚁进到房子里造成更大的damage. 我们肯定要做了，只是
不知道应该用Terminix 这样的大公司还是应该用local一些的小公司。他们都有
warranty,价格上Terminix稍微高些，但是他们保可能需要的Retreatment和白蚁新的
damage. local的公司的warranty只保以后可能需要的retreatment. 但是看到网上说
Terminix这样的大公司声誉不是那么好，有些 complain. 不知道有没有有白蚁治疗经
验的前辈可以建议一下。
还有，房子内部没有发现白蚁。如果将来卖房子的话，房子的价值会因为院子里的白蚁
问题下降多少呢？

我娃3岁半，preschool 1：10的比例，看看他们的日程也就15-20分钟的circle time啊
。我都觉得孩子学得好多啊。从恐龙到火山，从重力作用到人的身体，小家伙成天“我
的老师”长“我的老师”短的回来复述。
昨天跟我说：“我的老师这个summer有一个retreat，所以不来了，She's coming back
in the fall 但是那时候我都已经在pre-K了。”让我这老妈佩服得。。。都会说

但是楼主的娃的情况，不一定有 developmental disorder。
对楼主而言，远远没有到要放弃读上四年大学的 plan 的时候。
或者用另一句更 general 一点的话：

当然，上面这句话，并不意味着 tactics 不重要。相反，

大体看了看今天版上的发言，让我先从几个例子入手：
1. M2，请先google什么叫M0，M1，M2，M3，有些人的发言真的让我都怀疑他是否真的
明白M2的定义是什么，就中国而言，（好像）上个月M2已经回落到15.3%，一般意义上
而言，当M2超过gdp+CPI 3%时，容易出现多出的货币无法被gdp和inflation所吸收，容
易出现通胀，2011年Q1中国在外需为负值的情况下gdp是9.6%，cpi数据大家都知道了吧
，15.3%意味这什么不用我解释了吧，中国政府一个强大的地方就在于行动非常快，而
且强度大，立竿见影，不像美联储看看，再看看，讨论来讨论去，当然这样有时候也容
易出事，不过这是另一个话题了；

and we are frustrated and we don't know it will go up from here or go down

现在还有一个牙齿需要做root canal retreat,然后装牙套。问过好几家，retreat要1000多，加上牙套什么的，估计快2000了。简直天价。
我的gsu学生保险好像不cover这个,今天问了只cover injury和wisdom teeth。

The only thing Lien did was not to cower under the threat of what others
expected him to do -- illegally, I might add -- by fully asserting his right
to (1) drive his car on the highway without harassment, (2) retreat, after

The instruction appears in CALCRIM #505 and #506, both of which deal with
justifiable homicide:
“A defendant is not required to retreat. He or she is entitled to stand his
or her ground and defend himself or herself and, if reasonably necessary,
to pursue an assailant until the danger of (death/great bodily injury/<
insert forcible and atrocious crime>) has passed. This is so even if safety
could have been achieved by retreating.”
不但不需要撤退，还可以pursue。 |
