每个community都有自己的习惯和style。如果一家比较差，会降低整个community的
value。比如家家都有好草地，就你家的枯黄，别人当然不愿意。我觉得你要改草地，
铺水泥，反对的肯定更多更强了。做之前要check一下city code、community code，如
果违反的code， project做完了要revert就惨了。

用Windows 8 installer中的refresh PC功能可以把PC从无限的reverting changes中解
救出来，用户的文件还在， 但是，后来装上的Office 2016没了，要重新安装。
解救出来后第一件事就是把自动update的功能给关了。
看来要保护自己，防止我软给我再添乱的一个方法就是把用户的文件存在external
drive中。 |

最近几年marginal supply如shale/oil sand/deep sea的long run all-in cost都在$
70+，应该最后会mean revert到那价位以上。不过那些source短期的cash cost都还蛮
低的，所以目前还没有看到很多supply cut，谁知道短期价位会怎样。
不差钱的同学可以考虑dollar cost avg一些Balance sheet好/mgmt track record好的
E&P.这些公司屯油田就和买股票一样，熊市时候有现金的可以捡到便宜货。
那些跌的最惨的junior E&P风险太大。虽然可能的回报高，不过买之前最好看看债市是
怎么price他们的bond，来评估破产风险。我估计不少小股票目前更类似于option的pay
off。

我其实对足球还是没有太狂热，做不到跟联赛跟欧冠。。。我也跟过短暂的几段时间，

我基本上还是个标准的大赛型伪球迷吧，只有两年一度的世界杯和欧洲杯我能提起劲儿
来看足球。。。：）然后这些比赛结束以后，已经提上去的那个超高的热度还能把我继
续支撑着大概还能再follow足球半年左右。。。02年世界杯德国队的惊人的亚军战绩甚
至导致我之后follow了差不多整整一年左右。。。：）然后随着平时足球反正也看不见
，慢慢地这些人我也全都忘的差不多了，于是我又只能revert回到平时看的这些篮球啊
棒球啊网球啊的这些去了。。。：）

也不是第一次没人这样推倒了，得加强力量。
NCAA 是没有5 yard能bump这也说得，什么时候都能bump，只要WR没有越过CB。WR要是
越过Cb，当然不能拉，推。分水岭就在QB球出手，如果QB出手之后，即使WR还没越过CB
还block，就是PI。roundtree那个球，他被推时已经平行于CB，案定义应该算过了，就
的看到底推的时候球出手了没有，我没看到过有镜头证明这个，成为悬案，当然估计可
以用play clock去判定，只要他们之间差一秒以上。
楼主说的我们那个PI，关键是Cb没转头看球，被判了不怨，其实这样是基本技术动作，
无论是不是真地看到球，头还是转过去。
金石说的那个play，就是bama第一个drive的3rd down, blitz来了，他往右边届外扔，
周围20 yard内没有人，QB有没有在pocekt里面不清楚，但是这个不是roll out play，我
估计还在OT 2条线之间。
