，少一次抽签机会，而且费用又不会变，而且我可以自己暗地里承担啊。HR说那好吧我
们先去和大BOSS谈谈。到时候再让你和大Boss说说。我说谢谢，很高兴公司愿意加入e-
verify。
谈完之后确实有些失望，还是蛮喜欢这个公司的。本来以为公司答应好的，没想到竟然
不顺（还好加了e-verify)。想不通为什么公司非要明年办，是担心我们走人，还是刚
毕业的学生可有可无？
想请教大家，下一步应该如何去谈判？
还有，是不是一颗红心两手准备，应该找下家了啊？就算现在开始找，有可能找到立即
答应sponsor的公司吗？就算找得着能赶得上今年的H1B吗？ |

But of course USCIS still can deny you if they want to revisit your I-140 on

可能reopen以前的case,要重新judge,甚至可能revoke以前的case比如niw.
我觉得这个可能性是0，但是人家说：不能说none,只是可能性非常小，不能完全排除，

director or sort of something, when he pulled off your previous application
as a background information check, he is not happy with the previous VO's
decision. He can do that. That happen rarely and it is just pure bad luck if

I am trying to argue with the company and ask them to revisit the policy. I
know the voice is weak but have to speak loudly. I will keep mentioning this
to manager during 1 on 1. I believe there are always points to argue there
and this makes me understand why lawyers make good money here.
As to changing employer, I have to balance it with my career path. Felt

personally，虽然在国内时我也用，但现在我从不用QQ，而且很多我知道的EB23朋友也
是一样。针对EB23目标人群，也许msn都比QQ强。
如果这个版是当前最好的折中方案，只希望leading起草人们开“工作“thread时能把
题目起好点，可以一目了然找到那些有明确目标的email drafting threads。斑竹要是
可以帮忙把“工作”threads给mark好就更好了。把确实有用的”工作“thread埋
在大水中对工作也不利啊。实在没有太多时间一直泡在这，大海捞针。
另一个方案是利用这里的traffic，把比较serious的人群导致更有效率的地方。例如，
发个帖，给个link到NIU project页面上。serious的读者会bookmark并revisit NIU
project页面的。前提是project status要及时更新。 |

priority date is not current yet even if downgrading is granted. Also,
there is a risk that USCIS could issue a notice of intent to deny or revoke

last month. So that will mean that when you send in your new 140, they will
ask the employer whether you want EB2 or EB 3. Then the employer will say EB
2. Then they will revoke the currently approved one and adjudicate on the
