回家以后收到被拒的信来这里问吗？他们和你不同的是你收到了同一家银行的信。
我建议你直接问车行，万一银行本来还是拒绝你的，车行帮你用了某些方法，比如说替
你回答了一些问题，你打电话过去直接问穿帮了怎么办？当然希望银行不会revisit你
的deal，因为一旦funding了，就改不了了，如果没funding就惨了，这时候如果车行找
不到其他银行给你贷款，你又不能付全款的话你就要把车退回去了。
我还见过还就是ally 银行电脑本来没完全通过（conditional approval），销售经理
重新改了一些头款什么的电脑第2次自动过了，但是贷款经理生气销售经理没和他商量
，然后打了电话给银行buyer说这个贷款通过了？我没看错吧？are you sure?（开了
speaker，我就在旁边，因为有嫌隙所没有直说，但我听出来语气上显然是说这个贷款
不应该过，银行那个人马上就说，啊，是system error，请重申刷新，然后电脑本来是

。这时候就要打官司。打官司输了才有赔的问题。
下面这段话是说这种官司是要陪审团来裁定（不太合理的要求是不容易被接受的）。如
果输了官司，也不大可能把你个人住的房子收回去，也不大可能判你从工资里扣除。尤
其是你家里这种情况，两个小孩，只有一个人有收入。
所以，俺的理解。如果对方损失其实没有那么大，就是想要点钱，也不一定愿意赔上时
间精力跟你耗。如果你表现出没有什么油水，对方可能也就放弃了。毕竟已经得到了10
万。如果最终对方不怕麻烦一定要起诉，你只好请律师。由于你的经济情况，你最好摆
出死猪不怕开水烫的架势，要钱没有要命有一条，跟丫拖下去。对方也不过就是想要点
钱，也不一定想打持久战。

You can say, the cost is 1000 *0.96 -100 = 860.
You need to count out the profit u can get by selling BB GC at market price..
Then revisit your deal to see if it is hot or not.

没想到今天又有新进展！！
新公司的HR打电话来说，他们有可能说服律师帮楼主transfer H1B！但有一个前提：无
论denial还是approval，都必须选择新公司了，i.e.，不能说transfer denial的话还
想回旧公司。
现在楼主想跟大家分享一下最近搜索到的所有关于10月之前transfer的信息。也求大家
知道的信息和input！
1. 楼主给至少15个移民律师打过电话，大概一半说可以，一半说不行。说不行的律师
大多提到了移民局最近的新规定新理解，就是10月之前的transfer不能exempt from
cap。而在2014年之前都是可以的。
2. 在所有说可以的律师里面，楼主选择了张大钦律师进行深入交谈并做了500刀的付费

一段时间，组员里面有两个是认知的博士出身，但是剩下的最高学位分别是英文系本科
、商学院本科，还有一个以前是做律师的转行过来，没有念过UX相关专业。
UX Research比较杂，目前主要还是质性研究居多，需要用到的数据收集、统计分析很
多也跟心理学实验用到的差不多。不过也要看你是去什么公司做什么产品的用研。我之
前的部门主要负责公司某个分公司网站的用户体验，但是也做call center新员工培训
体验之类的项目。我跳槽前公司刚进了一个眼动仪。工具什么的其实都是其次的，主要
是基本的研究方法和素养。你如果已经有认知心理学的博士和博后经历，这些应该都不
缺。我觉得对于在公司做UX Research的，交流能力很重要，除了基本的写作能力，听
力口语也要好。Interview是一个经常会使用的研究方法。
我面试过两个UX相关的职位，一个是我工作过的公司，是通过内推拿到的机会；另一个

remodel additional bath.框架都加到2层楼高了（邻居的房子本来有2层）。结果本来
我们的房子南边就被挡住了，现在连院子的1/3也被挡住，厨房和客厅的窗户（面对院
子）也没有了任何从南边来的阳光和view。本来觉得房子有点潮，现在觉得更糟糕了。
于是想release the contract. 想拿回earnest money, 对方不给。 希望大家能给点建
