风湿性关节炎，类风湿性关节炎。百度通通翻译成rheumatoid arthritis

类风湿给的解释似乎是真正的rheumatoid arthritis,而风湿性关节炎虽然也
叫rheumatoid arthritis, 但是居然撤上了中医理念，还联系上了风湿热
（rheumatic fever),会造成心脏瓣膜的损伤。这可是比rheumatoid
arthritis还要罕见的病啊，至少在美国是这样。
这个问题的根源在于将rheumatic这个词翻译成了风湿。西医里面的rheumatic
指的是免疫类疾病，和中文字面上的风湿没有任何关系。
其实在我看，国内大多数人的理解是只要是慢性关节炎，尤其是阴雨天更严重的关节
痛，都是风湿性关节炎。这个是严重的误导。关节病的病因不下几十种，多数人都有
阴雨天更严重的感受，于是风湿性关节炎成了最常见的关节炎了。其实大多数人所谓

criteria(polyarthritis, carditis, chorea, subcutaneous nodule, erythema
marginatum), or 1 major criteria plus 2 minor criteria(fever, arthralgia,
elevated ESR/CRP, and prolonger PR interverl on ECG),
second, elevated ASO titer can only prove recent strep A infection, his
titer even being at 300, was not high enough as you normally would have seen
in active rheumatic fever,

strep throat, skin infection局部脓包之类，但是有些会释放毒素导致scarlet
fever, toxic shock syndrome.5-15岁小孩也会在链球菌感染后1周左右得rheumatic
fever 和glomerulonephritis。这后四种病都是很严重的，rheumatic fever还会有很
多后遗症，最常见的是在风湿性心脏病（二尖瓣病变）等。。及时用抗生素是可以治疗
的。。如果我是你，会选择让小孩在家呆几天，不怕一万就怕万一,strep throat is
contagious,别人打个喷嚏之类都会通过呼吸道传染，我觉得那个小朋友更应该在家休
息才对。 |

and rheumatic heart disease seen in "rheumatic fever" since you mentioned
streptococcus. Both of them can be complicated by GAS pharyngitis,
presumably via cross-reactions of antibodies between M-protein moieties and
human tissues (the so-called molecular mimicry).
Also please be noted that the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases involves a
triad of "triggering factors, susceptible hosts, and immune responses".

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把

都有可能，这两者没办法区分。
clindamycin,克林霉素是最佳用药吗，对孩子有什么副作用吗？这个剂量是否太高？

clindamycin比amoxy广谱（就是说clindamycin能杀的菌类更多的意思）。strep
throat的标准治疗方案是amoxy10天。没有好要么是这个菌太厉害，要么是再次感染，
但现在不是纠结到底哪个是哪个的问题。
strep最大的麻烦是，如果在还只是喉咙局部感染的情况下没有压下去，就可能发展成
Rheumatic fever，继而可能发展成Rheumatic heart disease（风湿性心脏病），会影
响到心脏瓣膜，那样就相当的麻烦了，除非换膜，否则这辈子都不会完全好。
不直接用clindamycin是因为它太广谱了，第一没有必要，第二会影响人体内本来就有
的有益菌群，第三大面积广泛使用会让更多菌群产生抗药性。 |

. Chances are your husband had an arrhythmia. Given his age, unless he has a
history of mitral stenosis or regurgitation secondary to rheumatic fever, I
don't think he has atrial fibrillation. He probably has supraventricular
tachycardia, although without an EKG I can't tell you what kind (AVNRT, AVRT

明之前没好透然后有delayed antibody-mediated disease就是上面提到过的rheumatic
fever and post-strep glomerulonephritis (这个不一定会发生，但是一般
recurrence要小心)。我觉得应该听取医嘱，继续上抗生素，肌肉注射有时效果会比口
服好些，可以采用。 |

neuralgia, migraine and headache and for the symptomatic relief of colds,

it is a condensed form of ibprofen so IN THEORY if you have trouble buy
cuprofen, you can find the amount of ibprofen in it and take the equivalence
in tylenol or advil |

是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有
兴趣的可以看看。

不过做culture可能只查了strep，其实如果真是strep感染，不治疗的后果可能很严重
