course, this would sound ridiculous if Chanos hadn’t been one of the
original people to uncover the Enron scandal. Chanos is a master short
seller, accountant and hedge fund manager. He essentially believes the
Chinese economy is one big government run ponzi scheme. He thinks it will
end very badly

作者：李神汉
综述论文的论证材料可以部分是自己做过的原始论文，也可以是别人做过的
论文数据，甚至全部是别人做过的论文数据。撰写综述论文的核心要义应该是设
立一个基本论点，然后力求综合截止目前本领域所有相关研究的原始资料，论证
基本论点，得出一个基本结论，再对未来的研究方向做一番展望。
方妻的论文属于综述论文，而且是约十年前的一篇质量一般的综述论文，按
照综述论文的基本要求是符合的。说它质量一般，应该是从对本研究领域的材料
收集方面还不够完整、逻辑论证方面还有些欠缺、未来展望方面太过单薄等方面
来看。这对于一个硕士学生来说不能拿本研究领域专家教授的标准来要求，仅仅
一个学生而已，评委给个良好的评分也是适当的。
综述论文里是完全可以引用前人论文的原始数据的，而且这种引用必须是真
实的、尊重原文的，不能断章取义，比如说，很多综述论文都引用了别人插图和

2002年毕业生刘菊花硕士学位论文涉嫌抄袭事件。
据不完全统计，包括中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、新华社在内的多家权威媒体报道
了该事件，网络媒体对此事件的转载和传播更是不计其数。不仅如此，《中国日报》对
该事件的英文报道还将这一丑闻传遍了全世界。因此，依法对刘菊花硕士论文涉嫌抄袭
案加以查处，不仅事关刘菊花本人，而且关系到贵院、中国研究生与学位教育质量、人
文社会科学界乃至整个中国学术界在海内外的学术信誉。然而，半年多时间过去了，刘

一位德籍华裔武三从德国回来出差。亲戚、朋友、邻居、同学都在问他：“你在外国，

师兰和发布了《赵登用亲属状告巧家县公安局起诉状》。根据该起诉状，赵登用之父赵
举朝、母黄兴芬、子赵龙睿及妻曾建花，正式以侵犯名誉权为由起诉巧家县公安局，并
索赔精神损害抚慰金200万元。

，尤为惨烈。而后，巧家县公安局通过新闻发布的形式，用凿凿言论，对赵登用进行了

被学校、邻里和传媒描绘得青面獠牙，其家人也饱受舆论非议与调查，形同炼狱。根据
《民法通则》第101条关于对名誉侵权的认定，巧家县公安局已经明显侵害了死者赵登

赵登用案的关键是公安局在没有充分调查，没有令人信服的证据的情况下，即迫不及待
地向媒体公布错误的结论，导致赵登用身后蒙受不白之冤，更对赵登用的家人造成严重
的精神伤害。

我这里新建的一个HIGHRISE BUILDING, 顶层可停飞机, 游泳池, Conciege service ..
. 等什么都齐全. 属于超级 LUXURY LIVING.
这里的一个2000尺的APARTMENT要价$1.2M. 非常贵.
更加离谱的是HOA, 达到$1000/月. 在美国居住的朋友都知道这个是什么概念. 就是说
房子买了以后, 管理费也要$1000, 基本属于超级豪华了. 大部分人的HOA都在$300以内.
这里的PROPERTY TAX + MELLOW ROW达到%1.45左右, 这又加了差不多$1500/月.
总之这个APARTMENT你全款买了后,每个月在交$2500才能住, 这个恐怕比很多人的房租
都要刚上很多了.
公平起见, 我们这个每个月的费用算入总价. $2500 / 月相当于$30000/年. 如果按5%
