underwriter is actully very nice, but Citi is just ridiculous on a lot of
things and very slow.
BoA, I don't know about the loan. but they even made a mistake when I wired
money yesterday. I had to get a cashier check this morning and drove to the
escrow office to send the check. it almost cost me the deal because mine is
a short sale and has to be closed today.

This happened just last week. All wholesale lenders now won't give loan to
foreigners with less than 36 month valid time left if the applicants are on
H1B visas.
I asked for anything in written for this new rule. The broker said no public
information yet, but he received the checklist from lenders.
Can somebody confirm this?? Only brand new H1B visas have 36 months left,
this is ridiculous. |

引，能自由使用男性的表达方式而不用擔心被女同學當傻瓜。
给他计划，他会有安全感。相信他的人，他会回以忠诚。爸爸的肯定很重要，成年男性
的肯定给男孩子自信。如果没有爸爸的肯定，就会寻求能肯定自己的人。自己尊重的成
年男性的认同，对男孩很重要。
经常发怒的父亲跟不在身边的父亲对男孩的坏处是一样的，父親應該學會控制自己的情

今天，我们来到这里，花了多长时间？一小时？两小时？对我而言，是漫长的 20
年！20 年前，我满怀理想踏上了这片自由的热土。或许，是因为听了太多的美国之音
吧。20 年后，我的儿子却与我一道，并肩抗议 ABC 传播种族仇恨和暴力的言论。这幅
场景有多么不和谐？
我问儿子，是否权且将“杀光中国人”的说法当作一个笑话。他说，这种言论表明
，社会和媒体都在给孩子们灌输什么样的理念！我心沉重：美国是进步了，还是倒退了？
现在，我再次询问：我们走到这一步，花了多长时间？

我们只需要保证 2 个以上民主党议员勇敢地站出来，投票反对，

现在我们可以做的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员，去他们的网站给他们写

你们以前有没有在网上看到过这个问题啊？ 显然没有人会去真的回答的啊。大家只会
觉得这种问题很ridiculous.
我提出这个问题只不过是觉得那个“一定要在猫和家人中选一个”的问题同样的
