这里日剧fans也不少，希望不算违规吧。
刚看了猪猪字幕版的富士电视台的50周年台庆节目，由smap主持的经典日剧回顾。看了
之后突然怀旧了一把。东爱，长假，木村，松隆子。。。都是我学生时代难忘的一部分
啊。
另外一个感慨是，男女有别啊。看看台上嘉宾，当年叱咤风云的男演员，大多数还活跃
在影视中，镜头里面的形象基本符合当年日剧里面的帅气形象。最后抽签决定木村下次
和一位嘉宾同演日剧，居然是唐泽，呵呵，两个大叔不知道能演什么出来。最近几年木
村的风头似乎已经被其他几个smap成员和更年轻演员盖过了。作为对比，出来的女演员
都惨不忍睹啊，明明和台上的男演员都是同一个时代的巨星。菜菜子快成大妈了，不要
说更元老的几个女优。就是相对新点的竹内结子也明显老了。访谈中的几个著名女演员
，虽然化妆很浓，还是。。。很令人伤心啊。当年多少人的梦中情人。
如果你喜欢日剧并怀旧的话，强烈推荐这个节目。

别生的话，放几天就会熟，熟了以后手指一戳一个洞。正因为这样，一般拿出来卖的都
不可能是tree ripen的。反正一样好吃就是了。特别不熟的放到后来会发黑，只有那种
才不好吃。
Cherimoya的话我吃得不多，估计和sugar apple差不多。
很多热带水果都要摘下来才会fully ripen的。因为摘下来以后水果会受到一个变熟的
信号，进而开始淀粉转化为糖的过程。所以很多时候让水果继续留在树上是一个很好的
保险方法。
问一下，那种硬的要放多久会软？会不会没有本来就软的好吃？ |

最近在某论坛看到了高田明美的几个画册下载，就下了下来怀旧了一把。感觉自己还是
最喜欢相聚一刻，橙路这种画风啊。现在的动画怎么就没有响子，阿圆这种邻家姐姐的
形象了呢？
环顾现在的主流动画，要不就是以京都为代表的卖萌画风，要不就那种不过不失的大众
脸画风，再就是类似h&c的少女漫风格。当然我也挺喜欢这几种作画风格的，但是觉得
还是比不上高田老师的把女孩子画得略带妩媚的笔调。很奇怪的，高田明美的画风其实
并不太写实，但相比那些卖萌的作品就给我一种贴近生活的感觉。或许与相聚一刻等作
品比较生活化的情节有关吧。

我是其中的志愿者 今天早上分配在学校里最繁忙的Union Building 一些经验可能会给
以后搞募捐的学校一些帮助
首先 要做好细节上的准备 早上的募捐活动推迟了 因为CSSA的主席没有向学校说明募
捐的地址 所以拿到的许可只是晚上candle light vigil的时候的 后来匆匆搞定 定下
来的四个地点也变成了两个 准备好的海报也没有打印出来 这个比较可惜 如果能有几
张醒目的poster 比法很多flyers管用 还有flyer上面写的donation website都是中文
的 应该找几个英文的
今天是学校的commencement day 好处是人多 很多家长都和学生一起来 他们比学生更
有可能donate 而且仪式就在union theatre 所以必经之路我们都能照顾到 坏处是很多
人觉得这个不是个好时 |

去年某天带父母去DC时在某个限速40的路段开到了51.这是后来收到的ticket上写的,ticket上还说罚款$100,不服的话可以申请hearing.
想着马上就离开美国了,还没上过法庭(我以为hearing就是要上法庭的),人生太不完整了,就回信要求hearing.时间定到了本月7号中午,这也是我7号那天那么晚才开始搬家的原因.

来了美国，学校里举行各样活动前后所提供的点心里，常常可以见到各种奶酪的身影。
开始的时候只知道根据颜色来区别，可是没过多久就发现不对，即使是同样的颜色，可
是香气，味道和口感的差异都很大，有些非常好吃，有些则很不习惯。吃货的好奇心立
马就被勾起来了，之前不是提过那会儿经常看Food network的各种Cooking show么？特
别让我感兴趣的，一个就是各种香草料的作用，这已经在薯条爹写的《草本篇（上）》
和《草本篇（下）》中提到过了。另一个关注的重点，就是不同奶酪的各种区别。真可
谓不学习不知道，一学习吓一跳，原来奶酪可以有如此多的讲究！品种之丰富，口味之
多样化，让人大开眼界。这边很多出售奶酪的商店都会提供免费试吃的机会，不仅可以
尝试各种不同品种的奶酪，那些热情的服务员还很乐意跟顾客聊有关奶酪的各种话题，
非常长见识~因为可以试吃，所以也不用担心买一大块不好吃的奶酪回家这么些年吃下

室温下成熟都要2-7天。
冰箱里没放过。
不过变不变黑是很重要的指标。
同时，好的刚刚成熟的牛油果按下去，
有点下陷，会出现和手指头大小一样的小窝。
坏的牛油果，两个手指一捏，就有很软绵绵的感觉，
